Cozy Mountain Downtown Holladay Basement Apartment

You’ll be less than a 30 minute drive to four world-renowned ski resorts and walking distance to fabulous restaurants, boutiques, a spa, Walgreens, and a local grocery store when you stay in our cozy downtown Holladay basement apartment.
The space
This is a basement apartment and we live upstairs. It’s recently renovated and has a spacious living room and large kitchen. There is plenty of recessed lighting to make it light and bright.
Guest access
The unit has a private entrance, accessed from the backyard.
Other things to note
This is a basement apartment so while we aren’t particularly noisy, you may hear our two year old playing or our small dog skittering across the floor upstairs. We require that quiet hours be maintained from 8am to 8pm.
