What a delightful property. Close to everything, but quiet with a feeling of seclusion from city bustle. All the comforts of home for a perfect resting place after long days of adventure. Highly recommend!

My husband and I loved staying in this cute loft apartment! Clean, well decorated and nice neighborhood close to SLC attractions. Close to the city but very quiet neighborhood. We’d definitely stay again!

We were very happy with our stay at Chadwick's place. The space was so cozy and comfortable, with good AC, very fast Wi-Fi and a range of kitchen supplies and toiletries that met our needs. It was easy to find shaded on-street parking, and the local neighborhood was great - Liberty Park just around the corner, and supermarkets, cafes etc. nearby. We'd be happy to stay here again - thanks for having us!

I found everything I needed in this property, its neighborhood is also very nice. The room, kitchen, bathroom everything were very clean.

Easy check in and very easy checkout! Super clean and great amenities for a small space. A/C was broken in living room so was over 80 degrees during the afternoon inside, but bedroom A/C was great! Overall worth the price.

Ac works fine. We have two 12000 Btu units upstairs plus fans. Guests didn't know how to work them properly.

This listing is in a perfect spot! Within walking distance to Liberty Park and close to pretty much everything else in SLC. The loft was very clean and well-stocked, easy checkin and checkout process. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was a delightful place for my daughter and I to spend three nights in SLC. We enjoyed local restaurants, visited Liberty Park and loved hanging out in this cozy apartment.

This was a wonderful stay, simple, cozy, clean well-stocked in regard to the full serviced kitchen and the bathroom. They even supplied some toiletries. The shower was so cozy and gray water pressure with warm water. The only thing to be aware of is during the day it gets quite warm and at night the space ghost much colder. The deck was wonderful for my morning tea. There was also a wonderful massage chair. I recommend this stay. No issues.

We have stayed here before and decided to stay again as it’s convenient for location and size. It’s a cute little space. Perfect for a couple. Like the neighborhood and the homeowners are nice and responsive.
