Ants and Outdated Accommodations Made Our Stay Unpleasant

Reviewer Comments: Disappointed With Our StayUnfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay at this condo. The furniture was outdated and in need of updating, and the mattress was uncomfortable and could definitely use replacing. We also had issues with ants, which made our stay even less enjoyable. Cleanliness and maintenance are important when paying for a vacation rental, and we expected better accommodations for the price.Overall, the condo needs some updates, improvements, and better pest control to make guests feel more comfortable. We had hoped for a more pleasant experience and were disappointed with the condition of the property. I hope the owner takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.

Great accommodations

We had a real good time good view from the balcony, liked how close we were to everything. Could actually walk into town,which we did. The only down side at all was the noise of the traffic and getting out of the drive into traffic at the busier times of day. Would definitely stay again.

We Love This Place!

We experienced issues with the air conditioning on a Saturday evening and they responded promptly sending maintenance to address the issue. He quickly determined the repair would take a few days and they immediately found us a different room to move to so that we would be comfortable. We love this place and it is always our first choice when visiting Pigeon Forge!

Reviewer Comments: I was a late arrival and called to check to make sure someone would leave my room access spoke with Lauren and said after booking my room 6 weeks early to be on the first floor that my room had been changed to 3 rd floor. Upset me i was not notified earlier.....but best part of this story she called me back a couple hours later and said she got everything fixed and i was back to my original room on the first floor!!! Great job !! Great place to stay, back road to main strip, you can walk to Old Mill. We had great vacation. Nice clean condo to relax and sleep in after crazy fun and great food!!
