À propos du quartier

Pigeon Forge

Review if Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our entire stay. We had a late check-in and the desk receptionist called to be sure we were on the way and mentioned she would be there to greet us. She was extremely pleasant on the phone and in person. We had a similar experience during checking out. The only concern voiced was promptly responded to regarding our door handle and key operation. The maintenance employee responded promptly and was very personable and professional.

On departure Day The office wasn't open we were not told what to do with anything we had that key ready to go into the office but they weren't open so we had to take it back to the room get them to the room just some inconveniences this time was very disappointing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fifth stay here at Cherokee Lodge condos and again it was exceptional. The condo was spotless as usual and all staff that we saw throughout the week were so friendly and accommodating. This time our niece and her family also rented a different condo here and they were very impressed as well. They even bought a weekend stay as a Christmas gift. We love the location for ease of access to everything in the area. It is just a blessing to be able to stay with this incredible property. We can’t wait to return.

Great location, views and clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have several reviews, since I rented 4 of these for our family trip. Cherokee Lodge is a great place for couples, small families and large families. They are very affordable and close to all of the attractions and have easy access to the parkway, in a shorter amount of time. The condos are extremely clean and any issues that may arise are quickly resolved by a friendly maintenance team.

Baseball Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was great. Just as advertised. Very clean and roomy. Only issue was the 'maintenance man' living behind the parking lot. Harassed us our first 3 nights because we were in the common area hanging out like we were told we could. We did nothing wrong. Threatened to call cops on us, but never did because we didnt do anything wrong.
