House was cozy, clean & well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub although it was cold outside. We had a nice small thanksgiving dinner & it was nice to be able to enjoy it at camp bluegill we plan to come back someday!!!

Everything was just right, clean, comfortable, night porch, hot tub was a bonus. Nice quiet neighborhood close to restaurants. I would recommend new glass dishes, and pots/pans. Overall very nice place to stay.

Location is key! You step back into your own private oasis in the middle of no where. The hosts where phinominal when it comes to communication and accomodation! We have stayed at alot of VRBO. And they had more of the essentials onsite than any other i had stayed at! If your looking for a place to kick up your feet and relax. Look no further!

The house is adorable and well stocked. We had two families stay for two nights and throughly enjoyed fishing and the little boat and the hot tub and deck. We rented a pontoon boat and were only a few minutes from the marina. This property is so well maintained and perfectly secluded. We loved it so much and cant wait to come back this fall - alreadychecking our calendars. Thanks so much!

This cabin is a little slice of heaven. The deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee and family dinner. Owner was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly. We will likely stay again because we come out this way at least once a year!

A great small clean cabin with a relaxing and quiet view over a body of water. Close to Lake Wappapella and restaurants, our favorite was Don &MJ’s Bar and Lounge.

Was extremely nice and relaxing. Beautiful lake kids caught plenty of fish. The neighbor across the pond was super friendly. The house was everything that was pictured definitely 10 out of 10 will be going back.

Best Location in Wapp

I was in town for a grand opening of a friends business (Cousins Bar and Grill right around the corner from here, you should visit!). Aside from the location being perfect for me I quickly realized this was the best spot available for STR’s. The home is comfortable and clean, the site is private, the hot tub worked great after late nights, and Josh was very responsive with questions. The weather didn’t cooperate but the paddle boat and private lake would be great for kids. Next time I will definitely be requesting the additional rental options too! Highly suggest and will for sure be back.

The perfect getaway, unplug and refresh.

Amazing property, next to lake wappapello and tons of camping, trails,views and state parks. You have to drive through rural hills that add to the properties allure. Once you arrive you have 2 seperate entraces in which to enter, upon arriving you will be met with a massive secluded property containing multiple areas of recreation and leisure, from the jacuzzi to the paddle boat and multiple decks and private beach, You are guaranteed to be blown away, multiple grills and outdoor lounge areas call you to the outdoors. The home itself is amazing as well, tons of natural lighting, comfortable seating and kitchen that can accommodate a family of 4 easily, for my wife and I it was simply blussful. A good opportunity to unplug and recharge from the hustle and bustle of city life. You.are.also.only.a 2 hour drive from St.Louis and the drive is so.scenic that it really only feels like a 30 minute drive. Every couple or family should visit thos property once in their lifetime to truly experience Missouri in a way like no other!!Lastly, the property owner is extremely responsive and was able to send someone to clean the jacuzzi during our stay, and within 20 minutes!! Top notch service!

Cute House with Hot Tub & Pond

Cute house near Lake Wappapello! Not too far from the Ozarks region/Ozark National Scenic Riverways as well, we drove about 1.5-2 hours to check out some spots over there. The house was clean and had everything needed. The deck overlooking the little pond was nice and enjoyed eating lunch out there. By far our favorite part was the hot tub, which we enjoyed both nights we were there and it was perfect. The string lights overhead were a nice added touch.

Camp Bluegill is a beautiful place!

We enjoyed our relaxing stay at Camp Bluegill. The host was very accommodating and answered all our questions quickly. There is so much to do on the property if you are outdoors people. If you prefer to stay inside this is also a great place for you. The view itself is beautiful. The home is cozy and has all the amenities to enjoy an indoor stay as well. The beds are comfy, and I would like to know what kind of sheets they use because they are amazing. Thanks again for everything. Camp Bluegill is beautiful!

Cozy hideaway.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything you could need is available here. It was a little tricky finding, but once you see the little blue signs, Camp Bluegill, at each turn you follow the winding gravel road to the cute house. Great decks looking out to the water is where we had our morning coffee watching for fish to jump.

Stormy Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Bluegill. Everything was clean and cozy. The lake is so serene and the hot tub is a whole different level of relaxation. Great getaway.
