Silver Reef Mine | Ball Pit & Hot Tub

This brand-new home is the perfect place to get away with your family! This home is named after Silver Reef, Utah, a nearby mining town in the 1800s. Kids will be entertained for hours in the themed bunk rooms and ball pit.

There is patio furniture and a private hot tub you can enjoy out on the private landing while watching the sunset on the mountains above.

Escape Properties are here as a tool during your stay, but we try to stay out of your way as you enjoy your vacation. If you need us we are here!

This is the upper floor unit with its own outside stairs entrance.

NOTE: This home is a DUPLEX known as Passport Village. This is the upper unit and there may be other guests or pets staying in the downstairs unit. There is a private entrance/patio (up the stairs).

Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with ensuite (sleeps 1-2)
Guest Suite: Queen bed with ensuite (sleeps 1-2)
Bunk Room 1: Queen bunk bed (sleeps 1-4)
Bunk Room 2: Twin bunk bed (sleeps 1-2) with ball pit!

PETS: This home is pet friendly so the whole family can tag along for the vacation!
Bringing a pet, you will be subject to a one time $45 fee per pet.
Please notify us of the number, breed and weight of any pets you will be bringing. (all animals must be under 50 pounds)
We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture.
We do provide lint rollers at the home for your use to assist us in removal of pet hair from furniture and bedding.
While it is impossible to remove all signs of pet hair, our cleaners do thoroughly clean the entire home including bedding and furniture.

(Pet fee is not automatically applied and will be due after booking)

PLEASE NOTE:

This home is on a main road. Be advised, you may hear vehicles passing by from inside the unit.

About the onsite project:
In 2022, there will be two more buildings built that will incorporate 8 additional 1 bedroom, one bath units (4 Plex) that will resemble the old west towns of the Southwest like Tombstone AZ on the outside and very modern contemporary on the inside. Each new unit will have a private hot tub and sleep 1-4 persons.

If you have a large group this property can be rented out exclusively as well or multiple units. It really will be a unique property in the heart of the Southwest.

2-4 days before arrival you will get a link to our check in instructions. Please check that your number is updated in Airbnb. If your number changes after booking, please send a message and let us know.
