    Great place

    The apartment was nice. It had great pools and was close to the Galleria. The check in process was a little difficult, but it worked out. I highly recommend this place.

    Safe, quiet, economical

    Gated apartment away from traffic with parking garage and pool. But walking distance to Galleria. Apartment had large TV, soaking tub, and comfortable bed.

    Good spot

    Overall good spot that I booked for work while I was in Houston. Only issues were that checking in was delayed and communication at the beginning to check in was a bit of a mess but got worked out. The oven in the unit did not work which was a bit disconcerting. Overall good spot though.

    Filthy and unkept

    Communication with the property manager went well, until we had an issue. We checked in to the property late in the evening and upon arrival, it appeared that this property was lived in full time and had very recently been vacated. The carpets were stained, furniture was in disrepair and there was debris.marks on all of mirrors, and tub. The shower grout had mildew!! The cabinets had old molded bread, half drank open soda cans and water bottles and was disgusting! The place looked like a frat house. As a result, we had to make last minute accommodations at a nearly hotel. The worst part was that upon notifying the property manager of the issue and sending them photos, they became argumentative needing to check it out themselves, only to tell us our stay or even a portion of our stay would be refunded. We have stayed in numerous VRBO properties and never had this happen. We reached out to VRBO and they were unable to assist unless the property owner elected to provide a refund. Save your time and health, and book somewhere else!
