We were delighted with our stay. The apartment was ideal for myself, my wife and my adult daughter. It felt safe and secure with electronic access required for the apartment building, the parking garage and the apartment itself. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot and not have to leave the car out in the sun. The apartment was fitted out with everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Whenever we had a question both before and during our stay, Toni responded almost immediately to our messages on the VRBO site. Best of all is the location. Citycenter is stuffed full of good places to eat and is right by I10 and Beltway 8, giving easy access to other parts of the Houston. We will stay here again on our next trip to Houston.

Great location and very clean

Stayed here during a business visit and I will certainly be back again. The unit has everything needed and was clean and quiet. Lots of great food options and a grocery store within walking distance. Great find.

Family Getaway

This apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants .Even with a 7 year old, everything worked out perfectly . The place is spotless. Check in was a breeze, with Toni accommodating us within early AM hours . I will definitely recommend .

Would do it again!

Location is great. Property and parking are secure. Restaurants and entertainment outside front door. Grocery store was close by for when we cooked and ate in. Being able to do laundry while watching tv and relaxing was a plus. This was our second time staying here and we would do it again. The property manager is extremely prompt, helpful and easy to work with.

Citycentre Joy

The property location was perfect and the apartment had everything i needed. Someone even left eggs and onions, so that was one less thing i needed to purchase. We enjoyed the location and the views were beautiful. I will definitely be staying at Toni place and even referred it to my family for future visits. Thanks Toni for being an awesome host!

This is not a 2 bedroom property. The “second” bedroom is a large room, without a window, partitioned with a plastic accordion type divider which gives no privacy and no natural light. The partition was actually broken so the maintenance had to come and secure it to the wall. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable as you can feel the bars under the mattress. Many things need to be replaced, and it needs a really good clean including carpets. Sheets, duvets covers and bed pillows need to be replaced and pillow protectors should be used. There are no dresser drawers to put clothes in for long stays it would be nice to have. There is only one key fob with one garage gate opener so when you have 3 adults you have to request a quest key for your phone every three days. The host was always available and responded quickly, but it is not really a convenient way to access when we stayed for 2 weeks.The location is good for being able to walk to restaurants and shops.

The tenant was easy to get into contact with and very helpful. The location had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect little place for a small get away.
