This beautifully renovated 2 bed 1 bath studio style condo is overlooking the 10th, Green. This unit includes all furnishings necessary for a perfect stay. Sleeps 6; Full Kitchen; Our Condo is located 3 miles from Downtown Dells, so you aren't in the middle of the hustle and bustle but close enough you can still enjoy everything the Dells has to offer by visiting the endless attractions. Don’t forget your suit, enjoy the outdoor hot tub. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

You also have access to a second public bathroom located at the end of the hall in the main building hallway. This hallway will also take you direct to the building hot tub.

Great location & cozy condo. Was a bonus to have a washing machine & dryer, & hot tub was perfect to relax in after a long day. Kitchen came in handy & there was ample room for sleeping.

This place is in the perfect location not to mention it’s super clean, and the beds are so comfortable. This is definitely a place I wouldn’t mind staying again when visiting The Dells.

Amazing location

My spouse, three kids, and I had an amazing time during our stay. The location was perfect, and the condo was both comfortable and cozy, truly feeling like home. It suited our needs. We like being able to cook meals in the room. Nice that there is a hot tub outdoors near the unit and that its away from the main Chula Vista building, but close enough to utilize.

Cozy

The condo was cozy and the new beds are soft and comfortable. The hot tub was nice. Maria was very nice and easy to get a hold of. The only thing to keep in mind is the condo is on the ground level so if you have neighbors above you, you hear everything! Luckily our neighbors upstairs were mostly quiet.

Fantastic Place

The property was great. Check in process was seamless. Had a sink, fridge, microwave, stove and oven. We were able to heat up and cook quick food as we were there for Automotion. Maria was responsive to our questions and needs.

Why this property? Our annual vacation spot for 20 years was Wisconsin Dells. Our girls loved the waterparks, and we loved the beautiful lakes, state park, -the quiet parts of the area. Now that we have 3 grandchildren, we are coming back to the area.

We purchased this condo because it is not in the middle of the hustle and bustle but close enough you can still enjoy everything the Dells has to offer by visiting the endless attractions.
