Ethel's Beachfront Getaway is perfect for a quick getaway as a couple or bring the kids. The property is situated beachfront on beautiful Lake Delton in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of the Dells. The property has both indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pools and hot tubs for your year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from fishing from the docks. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio that is looking at the beach.
This is a beachfront property at Lighthouse Cove. It is located on the beach and very near the indoor pool. The condo has indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability). Noah's Ark waterpark is a 5 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Guests have access to the indoor pool & hot tub, outdoor pool & hot tub (seasonally), beach, docks for fishing....pretty much everything. The sauna and gym are for the exclusive use of owners at Lighthouse Cove.
We will give you your space but will be available if anything is urgently needed.
Lighthouse Cove is a quiet neighborhood comprised of residents, weekenders and vacation guests. It sits on Lake Delton, just out of the hustle and bustle of the Wisconsin Dells main attraction areas. You can walk to restaurants.
There are either stairs or an elevator required to get to the condo from the parking lot. The condo is down on the lake front two stories from the parking lot.
Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests.
Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners Association Rules:
Guests. People other than those in Guestâs party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest. Only the guests staying in a unity may use the amenities such as the beach, pools, and patios.
Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 persons.
Parking. Guests may park only one vehicle building-side in designated Lighthouse Cove parking areas. Boats/trailers and additional vehicles may be parked in the boat/trailer parking area.
Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM â 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub.
Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in the pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings.
Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one by the grills.
Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep the docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may not be kept in #32 overnight.
Person on reservation must be 21 years old or needs to be preapproved by host.
Smoking, pets, and excessive cleaning will result in financial penalties and/or eviction.
