This brand new 3 bedroom unit is tucked just steps from some of the best restaurants, cafes, and locally-inspired artisans in Las Terrenas. Within minutes you can enjoy your day at Punta Poppy beach or stay in and take a dip in the private pool.

The location caters to those who want to enjoy the simplicities of island life from within the villa and also for those who want to immerse themselves in all that Samana has to offer. Dive into serenity with us as your host for your next vacation!

This Villa is located in the heart of the hip-strip near the two most popular beaches of the village of Las Terrenas:

Poppy Beach and Las Ballenas Beach.

Simply walk the town, rent an ATV or take a "Monto-Concho" which is another name for scooter "taxi" once you're in town. Simply step onto the street for a Motorcycle Taxi and get anywhere for around $2-$4 dollars. (100-200 Pesos)

Car rental is also available.

Modern villa, amazing location. Walk distance to convenience stores, restaurant and Punta Popy beach. My family spent most of the time at the house and the property had everything we needed. We will surely be back again.

Lovely villa across from the beach

We had an amazing stay at this modern three-bedroom villa right across from the beach with locked controlled access gate and security. The location is perfect—just a short 5 minute walk to the beach "Playa Punta Popy" and many very good restaurants. We walked to the vibrant downtown too, where you’ll find more great restaurants, bars, and shops. The villa itself was clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was great for cooling off and was kept clean with regular visits from maintenance staff.While you can walk to most places, renting an ATV or side-by-side added a fun and convenient way to explore the area. Having a vehicle gave us access to some beautiful, more secluded beaches and scenic spots.Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway on the beach or an exciting tropical experience, this villa offers the best of both worlds. Our property manager Michael was amazing and setup our vehicle rental and anything else we needed. He was always 1 whats app call or text away. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The place and location were great. The staff were very nice. Our car battery died and the property manager showed up in less than 10 minutes to give us a jump, talk about going above and beyond. Come, come, come! Thanks Mike and all your GDL staff too.
