While located just 4 miles outside the town of Cambridge and the Village of Jeffersonvillle, you will find the greatest views of Mount Mansfield and Pleasant Valley. The house is just minutes from Smugglers Notch Resort to enjoy skiing in the winter months or the zip line during the warmer months. Come explore the 200 acres that the farmhouse sits on and relax by the fire pit with friends and family or take a trip to Burlington which is just 40 minutes away. We can't wait for you to come and visit!

We spent Thanksgiving in VT to visit my daughter. We brought both dogs! Rich was a responsive and accommodating host and the house was comfortable and well stocked. It’s a beautiful mix of old and new and we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, quiet, and perfect house.

Pleasant Property

We enjoyed some nearby hikes with our dog. We also rode our bikes on scenic roads. The farmhouse was comfortable and provided striking views of adjacent fields and hillsides beyond. Our stay was pleasantly active and relaxing as well.

Amazing place to view the eclipse!

Our trip to Vermont for the eclipse was exceptional! Staying at this stunning property with amazing views was a wise decision to escape the traffic. The house comfortably accommodated six of us for the extended weekend. The host was fantastic to work with, and we're already planning to rent this place again — highly recommended!

Vermont Paradise Farmhouse

We had an incredible stay at Rich's house! Accommodations were excellent as it is such a beautiful house with lots of room and the dwelling had impeccable new construction! The view of the Vermont hills from the porches was breath taking. i got to meet the owner who is an amazing man who could not have been nicer!! Everyone in my group was taking tons of photos so I don't have a lot to share. Included is a couple of sunset photos!! Great time and a great stay!! Thank you Rich!!

Peaceful Setting

Country setting just outside of town. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. We were a small group but this house can sleep several people. 2 decks to sit on and enjoy the quiet! Owner and caretaker are very accommodating. Stowe is nearby with an abundance of things to do and great places to eat. A drive through Smuggler’s Notch is a must. Enjoyed our stay!

House hunting

Property had everything we needed. Bringing the dogs was a bonus for us. Had friends and family in to share meals evenings. Would just let folks know phone calls difficult due to no cell service. Not a property issue but location related. FaceTime worked well. Enjoyed the neighborhood and surrounding animals

Beautiful Farm House

I stayed here with my wife, my son, my brother, and our dog Dash to do some hiking in the beautiful Green Mountains. This house is literaly at the foot of Mt Mansfield with one of the best views from the back porch. This place is secluded and perfectly located for outdoor adventure. There are many trails for hiking and biking within 30 minutes. For winter adventure, Smugglers Notch resort is moments away. Jay peak is an hour drive north. Bolton Valley is an hour drive south. Stowe is roughly 20 minutes away over the amazing notch road (summer only). And there is a babbling brook behind the house. The interior is recently updated with plenty of space for large families. There is even AC, a rarety in VT. We were comfortable the entire time even though the temps were high 80's and low 90's. The basement is finished and offers extra cool respite in the summer. The internet is starlink and never went out even through the remnants of hurricane Beryl. I can't recoomend this place enough.

The house is perfect for a large group. The host is very attentive with communications. Is was a great location for our skiing at Smugglers Notch. The house had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again.
