The Space:

PARKING:

There is on-site outdoor parking available. No assigned stalls, however, your vehicle must be registered during your stay. Instructions on how to do so will be provided to you. The condo comes with 1 parking space.



LIVING:

Enjoy the VIEW from the living room windows while you cozy up to the fireplace or put on your favourite show. A great place to read a book or spend time with those around you.



KITCHEN:

Designed with entertaining in mind, the open-concept kitchen area provides you with everything you need to ignite the inner chef.



DINING:

Gather around the large dining table for up to 7 guests and enjoy your favourite eats. A great space for socializing with loved ones and connecting after a great day of adventure in the valley.



SLEEPING/BATHROOMS:

The king bedroom features a spacious sitting area and a shared ensuite, while the queen bedroom has its own ensuite with a stand-up shower. The third bedroom features cozy bunk beds.



BALCONY:

The private south-facing balcony is accessed via the kitchen. Seating and décor provide great ambiance while soaking up the sun and the VIEWS!



LAUNDRY:

The full-sized washer/dryer is at the foot of the stairs. Complimentary detergent is provided during your stay.



Guest Access:

Accessing the unit is easy with a secure lockbox on the door that requires a code for key retrieval. Please ensure you keep the key with you at all times to lock and unlock the unit. Upon booking, you will receive a digital guest manual containing comprehensive condo details, building information, and check-out procedures. Feel free to consult it for any queries you may have.

- Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Thanks for understanding!

- This unit features stairs. Guests should exercise caution when using the stairs, especially if they have mobility issues or are travelling with young children.

- The train line passes in front of the building. There is train noise periodically during the stay, frequency is dependent on the train schedule and isn't something we can predict.

- Located in Summit Place Plaza above commercial businesses

- Payment is taken upon booking confirmation. Note the damage deposit; it will be automatically refunded 7 days after checkout. This only applies to VRBO/Booking/Expedia/Website bookings.

Great location. Walking distance to almost everything in Canmore. Nice size condo - perfect for a family. Super clean, well stocked kitchen and exceptional communication with Leslie. Would recommend it as a wonderful place to stay for a family vacation!

Took a dream trip to hike in Banff and got blessed with this piece of property. Clean, warm, comfy beds and amazing views. Short drives to hiking and the ability to walk to wonderful places to eat. I couldn’t have been happier. Our hosts were very communicative and had great recommendations for us when I asked for things to do. I don’t think I waited more than an hour for them to get back to me. You’ll like this place

The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive to our texts when asking questions. We especially loved the convenience of walking distance to Tim Hortons and Bagel store. The view of mountains in the back was incredible and only challenge was at times the train sounds. All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place and stay there again.

We had a wonderful trip and this place had a lot to do it with its it is exactly as described and in the pictures. The hosts were very generous and answer any questions and concerns we had. Overall we had a great experience and recommend to all. Canmore is a beautiful town and a fun place to experience. 10/10, we were very grateful to have the experience we had!

Wonderful place, extremely convenient

We had an amazing time staying at the place. It’s clean, spacious, and so convenient to supermarkets and restaurants! The place is very well stocked with all supplies needed. Beautiful Mountain Views! Will definitely stay again! The outlets are little loose, so had to find one that works. Otherwise, so glad we found this wonderful place!

Lovely Apartment

A family ski break. Perfect location for us travelling to ski in Banff & Lake Louise, although car is a necessity. Canmore was a lovely town & very quiet this time, which was great. All amenities on hand including ski rental, supermarkets etc. Spoilt for choice for restaurants, bars & cafes and everyone was so nice & welcoming. Would definitely come back to this area.

Comfortable and convenient

Lovely apartment with all the necessary amenities above a row of restaurants/shops. This meant we had to carry out luggage up a flight of steps but we knew this beforehand and were fine with it. We were right next to the train tracks but the rooms were on the opposite side so we couldn't hear the train overnight. Walking distance to downtown canmore. Lesley was very responsive to any requests and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Lovely apartment, clean and spacious. Plenty of room for a family of 5.so close to town with beautiful walks nearby . Had a wonderful holiday with a very comfortable home to come back to everyday .

Amazing Views, Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. As stated in the title, the views are truly amazing and the location was great for heading into Banff or out towards the other popular points of interest. The unit was as described, bright and open. It was an easy walk to the downtown area. My only comment is the steep staircase we had to navigate with our suitcases. It wasn’t an issue any other time but definitely tricky getting full size luggage up and down. The listing does state that it’s a second floor unit, but we didn’t consider the luggage. We managed, it was otherwise a great stay!

Friend getaway

The suite was a great place for a friends getaway. It was well equipped, close for walking downtown, grocery store super close, two parking spots, and comfortable beds. They had installed AC a few weeks ago into the place. Place was quiet. Although the trains ran, they didn’t keep any of us awake or wake us up. We would highly recommend this place.

Great Space!

The space was excellent for our group, the bedrooms are large and it was great to have two bathrooms. The living space was bright and open and the fully stocked kitchen was perfect for our needs. It was nice to be able to store our gear in the entryway and have large closets to hang stuff up so we didnt feel cramped. The only drawback was the train noise but it wasnt a huge problem

Majestic Canmore

This was the perfect location for all our activities in the Canmore/Banff area. An easy drive from Calgary and everything we experienced was within a short drive. The condo is very modern and clean. Having the washer/dryer was a big help. Was roomy enough for our family of 5. Everything we needed was provided. We had an amazing vacation in an amazing location. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo to help make wonderful family memories.

Great central place

Great place, clean and has all the amenities. As well close to the grocery store and very central to everything. The only thing is you hear the train go by. All else was awesome.

No aircondioning during heatwave!

Tha place is spacious, clean and in a good neighborhood. We'll provided with kitchen pots and pans, etc. The problem was, it has no airconditioner and their was a heat wave during our stay. Though each room was provided with a fan but obviously it did not help at all because the air it was blowing was also warm. We tried to remedy by opening a window at night but the noise of the train passing by woke us up every couple of hours. It was not a restful place to suppose to relax after a day of outdoor activity. It was unfortunate that I did not pay attention about the aircondioning situation of the property. I am aware about the train tract but I am thinking that with windows close it should not be a bother. I am still bummed that whenever I remember our Banff visit my memory is marred by our mesirable lodging situation.
