Central location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Old Town Arvada

Visited for a long weekend, Neighborhood was quiet and safe, nice to be able to walk to Old Town Arvada, good area for walkers/runners, bikers (lots of paths nearby). Central location to get to mountains or downtown. Overall, the house was clean but the rugs, couches were pretty stained from use from prior visitors. When we first arrived, the house smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and we had to open up all of the windows to air out the house. Some of the artwork was eccentric/new age and the eyes creeped my kids out; but that is just a matter of personal taste.

This was in a safe and quiet neighborhood and the house was perfect for what we needed. Will definitely be back as we come up here often for work.

Comfy cozy CO getaway

Plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Nice sized kitchen and eating space. Rooms were super quiet and the neighborhood matched it. Checkin and out was a breeze. Only docking 1 star for the lack of recent landscaping. The grass was 2ft tall and weeds were overtaking the back patio space. Not a huge deal, just a little gnarly. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for its family friendliness, its close proximity to Old Town, and access to the light rail to Denver’s downtown area.

Close to downtown Denver

Nice house and location to downtown Denver. House is quaint but not very large. Plenty of room for 6 adults to stay. Easy location to stuff to do. Enjoyed our stay there overall.

Beautiful property!

We had a lovely stay with only one “hiccup” the first night which the owner made immediately right. This home perfectly met all of our needs. Spacious kitchen, big bath areas, new washer/dryer, comfy temprepedic beds (all 4) and a quiet neighborhood. Location was close to Old Towne Arvada with fun shopping and restaurants. Also close to a Walmart so we could grab any necessities. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was even better than the pictures and fully stocked! Mike was a responsive, flexible host who helped us with everything we needed. Would easily come back again.
