The space
This delightful Uptown getaway enjoys a marvelous location, two short blocks from wonderful restaurants, shops, & galleries. It has been really well remodeled yet retains its Old Sedona charm. The large, completely fenced-in, tree-lined backyard features an inviting patio & garden area. Cozy & comfortable, it's a great place to live it up in the midst of all that Uptown has to offer.
Guest access
You will have the entire two bedroom unit to yourself. The large deck and backyard is a shared space with the unit next door with a relaxing sitting area to enjoy. You will have your own parking space on property. If your vehicle is low profile, there is a curve to the driveway and you may use on-street parking in front of the driveway, or any open space around the house.
Other things to note
We use the woodburning fireplace in the TV room.

The house is a mid century modern gem in the heart of town! We had everything we needed and it was a five minute walk to the Pink Jeep tour, great restaurants and shops and close to all the best hiking trails!We were super comfortable as the house is quite spacious and we had all the amenities we needed! The house was also super clean! I will definitely stay here again!

This is a great location, walkable to many restaurants and shops. The off street parking proved critical as there are some folks who park to walk to the nearby restaurants. I liked the layout and everything was clean and neat. I would definitely stay again. Easy check in and good communication with the host

Nice condo in the center of Sedona. We stayed for a week (2 adults and 2 kids) and we didn’t want to leave. You can walk around Sedona and there also a couple of hiking trails. Plenty of restaurants and other shops. Owner promptly replied to our questions. Hope to visit again.

We appreciated the attention to detail at Ben's place. He has tried to think of everything you might need to be at home & comfortable. We had covered parking on a hot spring day, plenty of room to relax after hiking and within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and fun. The stackable washer/dryer for laundry was another amenity we used. Overall this is a great place, would stay again.

Perfect place to stay. I'd recommend it to anyone. My family loved it. I was impressed how clean it was, I cannot state this enough. You can walk to the strip to eat and shop. The covered parking was nice, no need to hunt around for a parking spot. Everything was ready for us at arrival and we had no issues with anything. Everything worked as it should.

Clean, well-maintained and comfortable, with good wifi, laundry, and essentials provided. It's in a great, quiet uptown location with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance, and has easy driving access to all major routes (with reserved covered parking!). The check-in and check-out process were super easy, and overall one of the better VRBO experiences we've had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay at Ben's house in Uptown Sedona. Pictures don't really convey how spacious it feels with it's open floor plan in the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The 2 bedrooms down the hall are large which is nice for those traveling with multiple pieces of luggage and daypacks. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom - one with a shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need in the way of dishes and cooking utensils. K-cup pods provided for your morning coffee was a nice touch. The house is just steps away from shops, restaurants, and the Visitor's center. Hiking trails are just minutes away by car. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and a very comfortable stay! First of all, the home was very well equipped and super clean. We enjoyed the special touches and quiet. Super close to uptown shopping and a stone’s throw from west Sedona. We would not hesitate to book again!

This includes guests from our backyard in the Valley of the Sun, and from all over the world. It has been my dream, since a young age, to host travelers and guests visiting friends or family and ensure they have a memorable and relaxing experience. One of our favorite interests is helping others to celebrate. If you are travelling to our property and are celebrating an anniversary, birthday, graduation, or other engagement, we can add a little extra gift for you/your loved one.

The home is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with views and greenery. A short walk to restaurants, shopping, convenience store, healing centers, and bus stop. It is also walking distance to the Sedona Heritage Museum, Oak Creek, and walkable to the Javelina and Jim Johnson Hiking trails, which lead to the 7 sacred pools site. Sedona is a dark sky city, so there will be very little lighting, which is a wonderful opportunity for stargazing on clear nights.
