The villa is located 3 minutes away from Indian Shores. This charming beach with white sand and clear blue water is a hidden gem where you will be able to relax in tranquility. If you’re looking for a livelier scene, you are only minutes away from some of the world’s top-rated beaches.

The Villa sits on a quarter acre plot of land designed for outdoor living. It has a large 30.000-gallon heated pool, 14 people dining and entertainment area, sunbeds, barbecue, children play area and even a place for those who want workout and stay in shape.

The villa is 2.500 square foot with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It can very comfortably host 14 adults and 1 toddler.

There are 8 beds (6 queen size, 1 king size and a crib)
o Bedroom 1 has 1 king size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
o Bedroom 2 has 1 queen size bed and a makeup vanity set and can share the hallway bathroom with Bedroom 3.
o Bedroom 3 has 1 queen size bed and a crib and can share the hallway bathroom with Bedroom 2.
o Bedroom 4 has 2 queen size beds and can share the master bathroom with bedroom 5.
o Bedroom 5 has 2 queen size beds a 65’ Samsung TV and can share the master bathroom with Bedroom 4.

The main dining table has seating for 14.
The living room has a 65’ Samsung TV and soundbar.

The house is good for a large group. Short ride to the beach and markets within walking distance. The pool was green when we arrived but it was rectified within about a day and a half. Owner had good communication.

The space is nice we had 12 adults and we were comfortable. They have 2 sets of excellent washer and dryers which is really a game changer! The location is great to everything and the weather was fabulous it did get chilly so having the heated pool was great!

Wonderful House!

We had a group of 12 girls stay at this home for my bachelorette trip, and it was absolutely perfect for the weekend! The house was spacious, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The outdoor area was a highlight—especially the pool and the cozy hangout space. We loved having dinner outside at the large table under the charming patio lights. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone! The host was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay.

Common spaces designed for large groups

The house is beautiful and located conveniently close to the beach. Our group of friends enjoyed hanging around the pool, dining at the large tables indoors and out, and gathering in the living room to watch movies--all very comfortably. The larger beds for a group this size was also nice. Plus, when we had a couple of questions about the property the owner quickly responded and was able to help us out. We had a great stay.

Summer Family Fun

This property was amazing. It was fully stocked with spices, detergent, towels, beach towels, two washers and dryers. So close to many different activities, including the beach. The outdoor space was next level. We spent the bulk of our time swimming and hanging by the pool. It was stocked with all the infant items we needed. We would definitely book again.

My family and I had the most amazing stay in his home. The home is equipped with the comfiest beds. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Never felt crowded. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The kitchen is huge. Location is perfect if you want to be close to the beach. We were able to enjoy our family reunion with ease! Our host was beyond hospitable. A wonderful escape!

We had an outstanding time staying at this property. It was so spacious for our 10 guests and we had no issues getting ready or with sleeping arrangements. Radu made us feel so welcome and we felt like we were equipped with everything necessary for our stay. It is a perfect distance from everything, we went to Caddy's on Treasure Island during the day and to downtown St. Pete at night and found that it was relatively easy to get to both locations from the villa. The villa is wonderful! A great trip for sure! Thanks Radu!

The house was amazing for our bachelorette party of 14 and Radu was an extremely gracious host! The house was clean, well stocked, and spacious for all of our needs. The backyard and living room/dining room were perfect places to hangout that could fit all of us at one time comfortably. Whenever we had a question Radu answered within minutes. The neighborhood was a quiet area that made us all feel very safe. If we had the option to ever stay here again we most definitely would!

This home was truly amazing! Size, cleanliness, & amenities were phenomenal! Had a getaway trip with 13 friends which presents its challenges with accommodating that many people and this home surpassed expectations with the space to host so many. The owner was very accessible in communication and made the stay smooth & flawless the whole way through. I have saved this property and will be back! If you’re looking and it’s available, book it! wonderful multi-generation family reunion house

This house has been very well thought out for larger get togethers. From the wonderful long dining tables inside, and outside under the lights. To the great kitchen setup which allowed for communal food prep. The seating was very comfortable and lots to move around and join conversations. We especially loved the different lounge areas outside by the pool And while we all loved being seeing each other after several covid years.... this house provided some quite areas when you just wanted to sit back and enjoy some quiet time. Very well done! lastly, just a short drive to the best part, IMHO, of the beach and the neighborhood is super friendly. everyone waves :)

Nice place & location

The property was nice and met our expectations. Location was close enough to the beach, shopping, etc. The previous people had checked out late. We showed up at our check in time (4pm) and the cleaning people were still there. They were there for about 20 minutes past our check in time. The ice maker wasn't working properly. It wasn't that bad because we bought our own because the amount of people we had, we knew an ice make couldn't keep up. Other than that, overall a good stay.

Amazing Property, Excellent Service

We had a great family reunion weekend at this property !!! We were a group of 13 (adults and teenagers ) and two dogs, this house was the perfect fit. This property is a dream, the decoration is beautiful with a lot of attention to details. The house was equipped with everything you need, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, to the heated pool, games for family night and all the essentials for the trip to the beach including a collapsible wagon to help you get there. Located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood minutes away from the water. We will definitely rent this property again, maybe in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor area which is super spacious and perfect to relax with diferente areas for everyone. I also have to mention that the owner Radu is great and was always available to answer my questions..
