Enjoy the owner's personal vintage record collection including over thirty albums and nearly forty 45's (Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers, John Denver, Ray Charles and Elvis to name a few). The Space
This is a 3-bedroom 2 bath home that features an interior space of approximately 1,500 square feet and 13,734 sq. ft. exterior corner lot. Central heat and air were installed in June 2024 with a smart thermostat to keep the interior comfortable year round. New appliances were installed in October 2022, as well as upgraded electric, plumbing and interior paint and remodeling.
