Property 240-2 is ocean front - literally - you can enjoy the ocean front environment hanging out on the covered lanai (patio) or on the balcony! The beach out front is quiet and secluded - it almost feels like your own private beach! With ocean views from the kitchen, living room and lanai, you can check the surf while you make your morning coffee, watch the whales from the comfort of your living room (seasonal Mid-December to Mid-April), and see the glorious Maui sunsets from the lanai.
The community has two swimming pools - the Dolphin Pool and the recently renovated Ocean Front Pool.
The main primary suite has a California King Bed and your own private balcony lanai with spectacular ocean views. The balcony has tables, chairs and loungers. The en suite bathroom has his and hers sinks and a shower.
On the same floor is a guest bedroom with another California King Bed and a 3rd bedroom with two twin beds. These
bedrooms share the guest bathroom in hallway which has a bathtub.
There is a second primary suite with yet another King bed. The en suite bathroom has a shower .
On the main level you will find an oversized (and comfortable!) L shaped sectional sofa and TV in the living room with dining area and table for 8 people. The updated fully equipped kitchen features both views of the West Maui Mountains and the ocean. Walk out onto your own large private lanai (10' x 22' patio) to enjoy al fresco dining, views of the ocean and the best weather on the planet. The lanai features a BBQ grill, outdoor shower, foot shower, table, chairs and loungers. The expansive grassy area is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water. With such easy access to the ocean make sure to try your hand at all the water activities!
Convenient half bath and a laundry room located on the ground floor.
The unit has a private, air-conditioned gym with a rower, elliptical, exercise bike, weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, yoga equipment, and more. The gym also has a movable TV that can be positioned for workouts or easily connected to a gaming system.
About the Community:
We’re grateful to share that 130 properties, including this beautiful home on Puamana’s south shore, were spared from the Lahaina Fire. Maui County has cleared this area for access, and all utilities, including water, sewer, cable TV and internet. Everything has been rigorously tested by the EPA, ensuring they are safe and fully operational. Please see last photo that shows an aerial view of Puamana.
Puamana is a 30 acre gated community that includes lots of open green spaces and almost a mile of coastline with a great beach nestled right in the middle. Guests can enjoy the use of the Dolphin Pool and Ocean Front Pool. The summer season brings fun waves to try out your surfing or body boarding skills and in the winter the ocean is calm for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing.
Historic Lahaina: While Lahaina rebuilds, the spirit of aloha is alive and well. There are plenty of activities, dining, shopping, and amenities nearby. Mala Wharf is open for boat excursions, including raft tours, and Lahaina Harbor has reopened for boat operations. At the north end of Front Street, local favorites including Star Noodle, Mala Ocean Tavern, Honu Oceanside, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Coco Deck Lahaina are all open. The Cannery Mall and Lahaina Gateway also offer additional dining and shopping options.
Safeway and Foodland Farms are both an easy 10-minute drive away, making it convenient to stock up on groceries and supplies. For even more shopping, dining, and activities, the world-famous Kaʻanapali resort area is just 15 minutes north. From beachfront restaurants to shops and activities, Kaʻanapali offers something for everyone
FAMILY FRIENDLY
The streets are quiet and safe, usually dominated by bicycles and skateboards rather than cars. With an enforced speed limit of 10mph, you can relax and know that your children are safe. Both pools are fully gated.

Puamana is a fully gated community. The neighborhood welcomes full time residents and visitors. Please remember to be respectful of quiet hours and full time neighbors.

We will always have a clean and well-kept home for you, but please be advised that little visitors are not uncommon.**
Parking: There is a covered parking spot right in front of the front door that belongs to the property! No walking across a large resort to get your car. The second parking spot is any uncovered spot. Please note that guests are permitted two rental cars for this property.
