Schilling Beach House

The Schilling Beach House, located in secluded Arch Cape, offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort with the most stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the 180 degree view of the stunning coast from the living room, dining room and spacious outdoor deck from this one-story home with private beach access. Every evening brings spectacular sunsets no matter the season!

This hidden treasure offers five-star views of the coast's most spectacular natural shows—from shimmering sunsets to the occasional pod of whales! Schilling Beach House is a spacious, four-bedroom home with two bathrooms with direct access to the beach. This house is perfect for a large group, or just for 2 people. And, Schilling House welcomes your pet.

A large wall of windows along the entire west side of this home allows for incredible, panoramic ocean views. Sit back and relax watching the waves roll in from the living room and dining area, kitchen, as well as the primary bedroom.

The living room includes a beautiful stone fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating and has access to a large oceanside deck for enjoying those beautiful sunsets! The fully stocked kitchen provides all the amenities you will need to prepare gourmet meals, all while enjoying views of the Pacific Ocean. A sunporch, just off the kitchen, is a great place to store sandy shoes and toys after a day of play on the beach!

The dining area has a large table that seats ten, as well as additional bar stools at the breakfast bar that can seat four more.

The primary bedroom boasts ocean views, a king bed, 32” flat screen tv and ensuite bathroom with a new walk-in shower. Two additional guest bedrooms each have queen beds, as well as a third bedroom that has one twin bunk bed set and a pyramid bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. These three bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo.

The outdoor deck is the perfect spot perfect for outdoor dining, enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine. The location allows you to get the full experience of Arch Cape, with Cannon Beach only 4 miles away; it's quite simply the best of both worlds.

You are welcome to bring your dog buddy with you! Please know there's a $25.00 per dog per day fee.

We had an amazing stay! Best views we have ever had. There was a whale right outside the house for hours!! The house was very clean, and everything worked great. Thank you so much- can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous view

Loved the big chairs to relax and look out at the great view. Direct access to the beach. Nice and thoughtful decor. They have an extensive shell collection so if you have toddlers as we did, you will need to triage at arrival to protect the collections. We had a wonderful time and would return in the future.

Schilling house

Schilling House. Perfect view and location. Amazing view of the beach and ocean from large family room. Easy access to the beach. Nicely equipped kitchen and house. Two updated bathrooms with walk-in showers. Nice updated beach decor. Several double/queen beds, one king. Four claimed beds are in a bunk room - great for small children... but check the details if adults need these bunk spaces.

All was good except there was not enough bathrooms for 10 of us and if 12 were there it would of been a problem. This home needs one more bathroom and shower. One good thing is there was abundance of dishes and cooking ware. just a hint though could use a few more forks, spoons and the rest was good. The view was good and enjoyed being right on the beach.

Great family vacation home

Wonderful oceanfront home in great location. With 4 bedrooms there was room for our entire extended family. The kitchen was very well stocked, with everything we needed to make a full Christmas dinner. The beach is literally steps away and the view from the living, dining and kitchen couldn’t be beat! We would definitely come back next time we’re in the Cannon Beach area.

Great location, disappointing management company.

We stayed here in mid-July. The location is great; the house is okay. Parts of the house have been more recently updated than others, and the older parts are a little dingy, but well maintained. Our real disappointment is with the management company. My parents arrived at the check-in time and the house had not been cleaned. The cleaners arrived shortly after my parents did. I called the management company and was told, "there's nothing we can do about it". I asked the woman who I spoke with to escalate my concern, and shortly received a phone call from the office manager, who was sincerely apologetic and said she would refund our cleaning fee. I thought that was an acceptable response and thanked her for her attention to the matter. However, a week later, the refund still hadn't showed up. I reached out and asked when I could expect it - turns out it was never processed! They processed it then. While we enjoyed the house, I am only hesitant to book again because of the problems with the management company.

First off we had such a lovely time. Amazing view. Friendly neighbors. Easy beach access. So private. Kitchen is more than adequately ready to cook in!!! From cutting to plating perfect!!! Comfy beds. And more. But..listed having a spa.. no spa. Grated drop off in backyard sketchy for elderly
biggest complaint no full length mirror in whole house.. would be nice if windows towards beach in master bedroom opened for beach sound

This was the cutest house, best location, best view! Easy beach access! Just amazing! The house was stocked with everything you could imagine, plus basket for dog! We had 9 people and it was absolutely perfect!!! Can’t wait to come back! Lacey

Amazing spot for a family vacation

This home is GORGEOUS, even better than the photos. Beautifully decorated, awesome mud-room to contain sandy kids. Quality of the kitchen supplies was over-the-top amazing, we served 8 people for three meals a day and had plates to spare (less time washing dishes). Sweet kid-size bath tub in the master. Instant access to the quiet beach from a private walkway, safe location with a little creek for the kids to play. Tidepools a 20 minute walk south on the sand. Firepit on the concrete patio wasn't used but looked like a great spot for a family bbq. Short drive to Cannon Beach or Manzanita for shopping. We loved it and hope to stay again!!
