We are native Oregonians who have always loved spending time on the Oregon Coast. Many years ago, we were fortunate to realize a family dream of owning a beach house here in Manzanita. This home holds so many special memories for us—gathering with friends and family, walking along the shore, and simply enjoying the beauty of the ocean.

We’re happy to share our home with guests and hope you feel as welcome and comfortable here as we do. It means a lot to us to know that others are creating their own memories in a place that has brought us so much joy.

We chose Manzanita because it has a special, laid-back charm you don’t find in many coastal towns. Unlike some busier spots on the Oregon Coast, Manzanita feels peaceful and welcoming, with a strong sense of community. The seven-mile stretch of sandy beach is never crowded, and it’s perfect for long walks, beachcombing, or watching the sunset over the ocean.

The neighborhood itself is incredibly walkable. We love that you can stroll to the bakery in the morning for fresh pastries, grab coffee, browse the local shops, or enjoy dinner without ever getting in the car. Everything feels close and easy.

Whether it’s hiking Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain, exploring nearby state parks, or just sitting on the deck listening to the waves, there’s something here for everyone to love.

Location sets us apart. Many homes claim an ocean view, but here you can walk out the door and be on the sand in seconds. Enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain and the Pacific Ocean from the living room, dining area, and deck. In the evenings, gather around the fireplace or watch spectacular sunsets without ever leaving the house.

Our spacious floor plan—over 3,000 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms—makes it easy for everyone to spread out and relax. We have two king ensuite master suites, perfect for sharing with grandparents or another couple, plus three queen bedrooms and a bunk room kids love. With two sleeper sofas, there’s plenty of room for larger families or multiple families traveling together.

Pet-friendly and family-friendly, our fully fenced backyard is a rare find along the Oregon Coast. It’s a safe space for kids to play and for dogs to explore.

What also makes Ocean Escape special is how close everything is. Once you arrive, you can park your car and walk everywhere—restaurants, shops, the golf course, and the grocery store are all just a short stroll away. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and privacy.
