This property is less than 10 miles from Palisades and Homewood and less than two miles from the pharmacy and grocery store in Tahoe City.

Inside, you'll find a spacious open-concept area with room for all to enjoy. Comfortable furnishings and modern decor can be found in the living area, along with a fireplace and TV providing the perfect comfort. Prepare your favorite dishes in the sparkling kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating. Share meals and conversation from the day's events at the dining area. There is a shared hot tub should you want to relax at the day's end. For added convenience, a washer/dryer is available, as well as WiFi, providing all the essentials for a great stay!

Warning: Rodent infested unit.We've stayed at this property before and were really looking forward to a return visit. However, we found the unit significantly deteriorated and infested with rodents. The night we arrived a mouse ran across the kitchen. Later that night one ran across the living room (see photo). Throughout our stay, we found live rodents and droppings on the ground floor and upstairs. No surface felt safe and we spent the entire trip attempting to communicate with the property manager and disinfecting. We have young children and this unit is unsanitary, even though it markets to families.

Weekend at the lake

We’ve stayed at this property before during the winter ski season (it was great) so we decided to try a weekend at the lake during the summer (it was also great).

Nice and clean 3br condo

Everything was in good condition in this 3 bedroom condo. Extremely clean, and love the 1/2 bath on the 1st floor. Nice TVs in the living room and primary suite. Kitchen was decently outfitted, although there was little beyond salt, pepper, and sugar. Wifi is just ok and did go out on us very temporarily. Would also say that the shower pressure was very weak, and because of thin floors, you could hear quite a bit of noise when walking upstairs. Other than those caveats, I would certainly stay here again.

Clean and convenient

Great space! Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms felt clean! There’s some wear like the curtain rods and towel racks being broken. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware, but no salt/pepper and cooking oil, so bring some of that!

Great location as you can walk to Lake Forest Beach! The place was in decent condition, but there was a broken towel rack and curtain rod upon our arrival. At first glance it looked clean, but the longer we stayed we found more and more areas that were missed by the cleaning crew. You can tell they were in and out. Overall not a bad value for the price, but cleanliness and a broken coffee maker, towel rack, and curtain rod were the issues.

Lovely recently updated property

The property was recently updated in a very nice and comfortable fashion, including furniture, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer - we loved it. We were disappointed that the temperature was 48 degrees when we arrived so we had to go out to dinner while the property warmed up. The Nest thermostat was programmed to a strange schedule which we figured out how to cancel. The listing referenced a gas fireplace but it was not operational and the property manager was not able to fix it. The property manager never responded to our question as to where the hot tub, pool and sauna were located. Written instructions about how things work and where they are located would be helpful. I would highly recommend the property but the property management has room for improvement.

Great property and we had good time.

We had good time in staying in this property for three nights. There are couple things could have been better in terms of communication with this property. Could you please place a one page map in the living room that shows the property map, where is the Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Courts, etc. We arrived in dark and we couldn't find it. We booked this property thru VRBO and we can only post messages to the property owner thru Inbox in VRBO. But the property manager is keep asking us to send a reply to the messages with property #, that too in Vacasa website or app. I am board with the automated messages from Vacasa. While travelling, our phones are NOT working in Lake Tahoe area, our phones are not getting enough signals to respond to Vacasa website/app messages. We are struct. Please consider us. The common bath room shower is leaking water and not getting enough hot water in the shower head. This is an easy fix. Hope you consider our recommendations.

DO NOT STAY HERE - INACCURATE LISTING, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is the first negative review I have ever given on a property, and we tried our best to get our issues remedied, but were repeatedly ignored. The property was (falsely) listed as having a BBQ. Therefore, we brought several meals to BBQ. The BBQ was locked with a bike lock, and we could not use it, such that we had to take our food to a friend's unit at the property to cook our dinner each night. When I called (many times) to get the issue addressed, I was put on hold for so long, or no one ever answered, so that I eventually just hung up. No help was provided despite additional (repeated) emails and texts as well. I probably spent 2 hours of my vacation trying to get this addressed (it never was). The property is not well equipped. They did not even provide a bar of soap in any of the bathrooms (just an old, half filled, crusty bottle of hand soap). There is limited kitchen equipment and what is there is very old (the first cutting board we used split in half). The towel rack in the master fell off the wall on use, many lights do not turn on, there were wet/moldy towels hanging in the closet. But the main issue was the abysmal customer service provided by Vacasa. I have now placed 10 phone calls to them (with LONG holds) and my husband placed 1. They kept saying they had opened a ticket and would get back to us but never did. I called again today and still nothing. I will NEVER rent from Vacasa again. Do not rent from Vacasa. They do not care about their customers.
