Pas de location Ă  long terme au-delĂ  de 2 semaines.
Ce magnifique condo à trois niveaux est juste à l'est de Tahoe City. Il se trouve à proximité des domaines skiables de Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, NorthStar et Homewood. Un paradis hivernal parfait. En été, vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la plage de Skylandia, sur le lac Tahoe à couper le souffle ou marcher en ville sur la piste cyclable. Vous trouverez d'excellents restaurants et magasins. Ou, restez au condo et nagez ou jouez au tennis. Les casinos North Shore sont à environ 15 minutes en voiture.

Cette unité fait partie du complexe de maisons de ville de la villa, située dans un cadre naturel entouré de pins. Le condo a une chambre principale en mezzanine. Il y a aussi deux chambres avec une salle de bain complÚte à l'étage inférieur. Il y a des marches vers le bas et jusqu'à l'unité du parking et l'unité est sur 3 niveaux.

The host Mike and his daughter responsed promtly before and during the trip. He folliwednup with us during out stay. It is bice that he tried to resolve the internet issue during the winter storm. The Kitchen equipped with many amenities to cook meals. Rooms are clean but still smell like pet. It is hard to find the unit with no sign after the 1st turn. Shampoo and conditioner were not fill enough for 7 days rental. Towells smelled old and damp. The host provided plenty of paper towell and toilet paper. The family games missing cards and unorganized. The most important is the heat did not reach down stair bedrooms. Only 1 portable heat for 2 rooms are not working out. 1 room is good and the other one was cold. We had good family time at the mountain view unit.

Perfect for 3 seniors in Tahoe walking the trails: kitchen space to make up trail lunches, kicking back with a beer on the deck after a day out and then making up big plates of carbs ready for the next day. O, and plenty of space for all-day Sunday football on TV. Tahoe City is nearby for breakfast at Rosie's and beer at 3 Sheets and National Brewing, both lakeside. 5 Lakes Trail and Ellis Peak both highly recommended.

We had a great trip to Tahoe West for a family wedding! The condo was nicely centrally located between the Tahoe City and Kings beach areas and rented for a fair price! We arrived early and Mike was very helpful in allowing us to get in before the normal check in time! It had comfortable beds! Kitchen was decent but could probably use a cookingware/utensils once over! It has three levels with stairs so folks with bad knees beware! All in all, we were happy with the condo!

Beautiful place, very clean. The only downside was it was really hot in Tahoe and no air conditioning. We knew this going in but the main floor after cooking dinner was so hot that it was hard to be in the unit even in the evening with windows open and fans going. Places up here don’t typically have a/c so not the fault of the unit, just a hot week. Would definitely return as it’s a very nice unit.

Wonderful Tahoe Family Ski Trip!

We created lasting family memories while on our stay here! We stayed for 3 nights, skied for 2 days. Condo is located in pine trees. We stayed right next to the lake a few years ago and my wife liked this location better because of the trees. We would stay her again.

Cozy condo about 20 mins from alpine /palisades

Cozy condo a short drive away from the ski resorts and close to the main stretch of Tahoe city. Nice comfortable living room with high ceilings. Three floors with the top floor being a loft with one bed. It can get a little warm up here with the heater running. And downstairs on the bottom floor with two bedrooms it gets a bit cool, but was perfect for our needs as we had two people who preferred it cooler and one warmer.

Closed for the season

No reflection on condo except lots of tourist places, dining spots,etc. had limited hours in Oct. (off-season?)Due to snow/wet weather, we were sad to not be able to use the pickleball court(net was down). And we couldn't get into the sauna area. However, it was user-friendly for a family group of 6 and had other nice amenities. It was safe and quiet. Thanks.

Easy and Fun

We were happy to spend the weekend in Tahoe. The condo was in a great location and was comfortable with all of the needed amenities. We enjoyed taking advantage of the club house, pool and tennis courts. Despite some unseasonably cold weather, we had a great time.

Nice place but lots of steps!

Condo was nice. Kinda hard to find once in the complex. And the combo lock was a bit tough. But we got in. Nice size. Had the necessary stuff. But, the draw backs were a lot of steps. Several steps up and then down the up again to the front door. Then three levels inside. Unloaded was a nightmare. But once settled it was quiet. The assigned parking spot was used by someone else. So we had to walk a lot more. All in all, not bad.

Great area to experience Lake Tahoe

Host was great at communicating with us when the cleaning crew had a mix up on the day we arrived. He was quick to remedy the situation. Could maybe use some updated pillows and minor maintenance. :) All in all, the stay was excellent and the host was great!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Recently updated in November 2018. Includes new laminate flooring in entry area, living and kitchen rooms. New quartz counters in kitchen and upstairs bedroom along with new kitchen sink, over the stove microwave and new paint. Living room has a new rug under the coffee table and some new wall hangings.
Downstairs bathroom was completely redone within last 5 years along with new mattresses in bedrooms.
