We can only imagine how stressful it must have been—arriving late at night with your family and luggage, and on top of that, right after a tsunami warning. While safety protocols are essential to protect everyone during emergencies, the way this was communicated to you clearly fell short of the courtesy and professionalism you deserve. We’re relieved the building manager was able to assist, but we regret that your first impression wasn’t as warm and welcoming as it should have been. Please note that the front desk and manager are part of the building administration, which operates separately from us, as we only manage the unit itself. We wish we had been made aware of this during your stay so we could have helped right away. Your feedback has been shared with building management so they can address this with their team and improve how such situations are handled in the future. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during such an unusual event, and we’re glad to hear the rest of your stay was smooth and enjoyable.
