This home is attached by a breezeway to a main house, no common entrances - otherwise a freestanding house.

Nice residential neighborhood, the cottage is tucked away but a short stroll to town and the beach is a short walk away.

There is ON STREET overnight parking along King Street and side streets off of there, in the event of a snow ban we have alternative parking.
The train/commuter rail to and from Boston is a ten minute walk for those that use public transportation.

Fantastic stay

My family and I had a truly wonderful stay at this property! It was exactly as pictured, immaculately clean up on arrival and well stocked with everything you might need. The location was perfect, steps to the beach and walkable to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. The hosts were fantastic and extremely responsive. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Great House in a Great Location

We had a wonderful family vacation at Rosea's Home By The Sea. The condo is brand new, clean, quiet and comfortable. We really liked being just steps to the beaches and town. Rockport is a beautiful seaside village with amazing unique galleries, shops and restaurants. We were in town for the 4th of July parade and bonfire. It is a short walk to the train station which gets you into historic Salem in just 40 minutes for only a few dollars. The host is extremely responsive and shows pride and care for the excellent vacation home she built. Don't be worried about the on-street parking. We never had a problem finding a safe place to park close by and it is easy to unload and load by parking temporarily out front. A couple restaurant recommendations: Fleur Cuisine Harborside for a nice sit down meal and Fresco's Seaside for takeout. Two good supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive but everything else is within walking distance. Our whole family highly recommends Rosea's Home By the Sea for your next vacation!!

Wonderful home. Beautiful and convenient location.

The property was a perfect fit for our family, 2 couples and 2 single adults. It is walking distance to Bearskin Neck which had lovely shops, kind people, and delicious places to eat. There is a beautiful beach view from the side steps and nice patio with fire pit and grill for outdoor entertaining or relaxing. The house had everything we needed and our host was responsive to all communication.

Dream

This place was absolutely fantastic. It was spotless and in such a safe neighborhood. The beach is a breath away and the privacy is just right, without feeling isolated. Parking is interesting but the property makes up for it besides a very short walk is good for the soul. I will say watch the four some steps up to the house, that first one is trickery but not much can be done about that and go to the second door! Lol. The first one is not your VRBO. The host is incredibly responsive and showed plenty of grace. I hope this home is open the next time i want to visit Rockport.

Excellent quality , great location!

Property is super clean & in excellent condition. High quality fixtures and bedding. The home is brand new. There is a nice outside seating area with a grill and propane fire table. It is just steps away from the beach. The owner was responsive. Things to note, there are some steep stone stairs from the street to the patio/front entrance and there is no street parking right in front. We loved the location being so close to the beach & town. We would consider staying again.

We loved our stay at this property. It was in pristine condition, the location was wonderful for exploring Rockport by foot and close to the train station for day trips to Boston. The owner is an amazing host, very responsive and concerned about our stay being a good one!

6 month old’s first summer vacation

Property extremely clean and a great location to Front Beach. Pictures are a good representation of the property. Parking is easy to find. We had 4 adults and one 6 month old. Would rent again.
