Originally housing a horse stable, this space has been completely re-designed and re-imagined into a two story loft with soaring 20ft ceilings, and woodwork by a local designer to offset the exposed original beams, offering the best in modern luxury and old world charm. The Loft at The Ferg offers you a spacious dining and living area, a cozy gas fireplace, a luxury king bedroom upstairs, a queen sleeper sofa downstairs for up to two children under ten, a spa-like bathroom with original clawfoot tub and a separate shower, a full kitchen including wine fridge and even laundry facilities. Enjoy your private BBQ in the courtyard, hang out on your private deck or open the French Doors out to our rolling backyard. The Loft at The Ferg is steps away from the bustling Main Street of Picton, Ontario, where you can grab a delicious latte, healthy baked goods, and high-fashion finds. Fantastic restaurants, pubs featuring live music and local craft beer, an indie bookstore and local artist galleries are just some of what you will find a stones throw from our backyard. Centrally located in the main town of Picton, wine country is 20 minutes away by car in all directions. Stock the wine fridge with Prince Edward County famous Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling. Make a family dinner in our fully renovated chefs kitchen from the farm stands and markets in the area (and please make use of our kitchen garden in the summer months). Have a larger group? A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
