Welcome to Caribe Resort D503—a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo overlooking the bay in Orange Beach. Located on the 5th floor, this spacious 1,796 sq. ft. retreat sleeps up to 10 guests and sits just across the street from the beach—perfect for families and groups seeking sunshine, relaxation, and fun.

Inside, you'll enjoy a bright coastal interior featuring a fully stocked kitchen, a wet bar, and a comfortable living area. The first guest bedroom includes its own private en-suite bathroom, while the second guest bedroom offers direct access to a shared bathroom that also opens to the hallway for convenient guest use. The primary bedroom is en-suite and features exclusive access to the balcony. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra comfort and convenience.

Caribe Resort provides exceptional resort-style amenities, including multiple outdoor pools, waterslides, a lazy river, heated indoor pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, fitness centers, tennis courts, basketball, putting greens, a marina, on-site dining, beach trolley service, and more.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

It was definitely an upscale vacation place. Would have loved more upscale towels and more of them and better bed pillows. Otherwise it was all we expected with great views.

The condo had been beautifully renovated since we last stayed here. The colors and fixtures were perfect. Everything was wonderful except the toilet in the primary suite needed to be tightened. It sort of rocked and the beautiful new gold toilet tissue holder needed to be tightened. (Minor things but wanted to bring to your attention.). All and all it was a totally comfortable and relaxing. The view of the Bay was so serene!

Excellent stay! Caribe is amazing and the room was great! Had an amazing view of the bay. Watched dolphins every morning. Fridge was unexpectedly out of order, but there was a temporary fridge in the unit

Mother’s Day Relaxation!

The condo was clean and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, flatware and glasses! The view from the balcony is beautiful. We had a fun Mother’s Day family weekend. The pools and lazy River were perfect for the children!
