It's OK

The resort is great! The lagoon style pool has plenty to offer for all ages, it even has a nice play area for babies and toddlers. Great Tiki bar and food hut, and plenty of shade if you want it. Condo had a great view from the balcony of the pool, beach and ocean. The condo had a few issues. The area rug in the living room was quite worn and looked dirty. The bathroom off the second bedroom had a musty and mildewy odor and the closet was stacked with paint cans, vacuum, ironing board and misc other items rendering it unuseable. The front door gave a very bad impression, it was worn and rusty. There were water blisters on the walls which looked like there was water damage at one point. The condo had a nice clean and disinfected smell when you first entered but it wasn't as clean as it smelled, fans had dust accumulated on them, bathroom lights were dirty, backsplash in second bathroom had dust on the edge. Kitchen was clean with everything you needed.

Wonderful Family Memories

Everything was great in the room and reservations and customer service were great as well. This was our 2nd visit to the Shores of Panama. We loved the 3rd floor location with straight access from the parking garage with our assigned spot, and easy access to the stairs instead of waiting for an elevator. We will be back!

Great Stay at Shores of Panama!

Great condo for 2 couples. Pictures were true to what condo and resort looked liked. The lagoon-style pool was amazing! It was nice they had a tiki bar and little grill/restaurant right on the premises. We could see both the pool and ocean from our condo. Although the weather didn't cooperate most of the time we were here, we still had a great time. Walmart is within walking distance and right next door is Pineapple Willy's bar and restaurant. Great food and drinks! You definitely need to do an airboat tour with Boggy Bayou Airboat Tours. Captain Dave is amazing and very knowledgeable about the wildlife and eco system. It was worth the money and 2 hours well spent! We would definitely stay here again 😊.

*BEAUTIFUL VIEW*

First impression was very clean. Plenty of room. Grandson LOVED the Bumpy Beds (bunkbeds). King bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed. BUT Patio furnishings were pretty bad.(peeling paint & not comfy at all). Very convenient to restaurants & Walmart. Loved the same level parking as condo. Very handy having to NOT use the elevator. Added touches of bedroom fan, beach chairs, sand toys & wagon were a huge help. Thank you for providing those. Condo staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again & suggest to others.

Be careful when using the linen!

The same was good but we had to pay $100 for the linen because someone spilled some drink the day we were leaving so I couldn't wash them and we wiped it up and it left a red mark on hand towel and little on the comforter. It would have come out with a little bleach and soap. But whatever we have been staying at the shores for 8 years and have NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM! We won't be staying there again.

Awesome place

We really enjoyed Shores of Panama. The location is perfect. The door code got changed a few minutes earlier than check out tome so my daughter had to sit in the hall with her baby almost an hour till the cleaning crew got there. The resort could not help her get back in. Other than that we had a perfect vacation

Perfect Accomodations

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit and hope to come back again some day! Pristine condition, ample room for our family of 5, and great location at the resort were just some of the perks. Thank you for a great experience and excellent communication.
