Beautiful home with Game Room (Galaga, Shuffleboard, Foosball and Billiard Table)

2 King Bed and 4 Queen Bed | 4.5 Bathrooms |sleeps up to 15. Located between Atlantic Station and GA Tech. Less than 3 miles to most of Atlanta's best restaurants, shopping and attractions.

Within few blocks of Atlantic Station and steps away from GA Tech campus.

Homepark is a hidden gem in the middle of Atlanta.

Our place is close to some of the best art and cultures venues, parks, restaurants the city of Atlanta has to offer. . Just a terrific location.

This Modern home was recently constructed (Aug 2022). All new contemporary furnishings and light fixtures.

This home also features free high-speed wifi, private parking on the premises , and all smart TV's.

Very close to Marta public transportation rail lines. Two rail lines a short 1 mile walk away. The Arts Center Marta line and the Midtown Marta lines and just a short around 1 mile walk from the home. The bus also passes directly at the corner of the home's block. Easy to get around. Uber, Lyft and Taxi friendly area as well.

House was perfect for our college reunion weekend with friends. We had several families staying together and there were plenty of beds plus lots of fun things for the kids. Host was easy to get in touch with and the house had everything we needed.

Great Layout!

This home has a great layout and plenty of space. There is ample off-street parking, it is well equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. It has the potential to be a 5 star rental, but there were just too many minor issues we ran into.

Family trip for daughters graduation

This was a great house and a great location. We had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this house to larger families visiting the Mid town Atlanta Area.

What a wonderful home!

We stayed for our son's wedding in Atlanta and it was perfect! Great location, the hosts were great to work with, the home was clean and it met all our expectations!

Very large downtown home with lots of parking

Beautiful modern large downtown home suitable for large group. We used it for our daughter’s wedding as it was close to our venue. Very clean and spacious and was just what we were looking for. House has lots of entertainment options and especially nice that it has lots of parking. Would definitely recommend this home. There was a communication problem with the owner and the weekend we were renting we were short one day.

Great Potential

My family consisting of people from ages 5 - 70+ years old stayed here for a holiday long weekend together. The space is large and has plenty of room and kitchen supplies for a big group to enjoy themselves. There was a lot maintenance needed, including safety hazards, which was particularly concerning with young children and elderly in our group. The host was friendly and communicative, and was able to resolve one of the major safety issues. She offered to resolve more while we were there but it was a big inconvenience to have maintenance people coming out in and out. The house has great potential, but needs some regular care to be sure safety issues are not present, appliances all work, hvac is maintained, etc.

Family Wedding

7 of us in total used 4 bedrooms, each with their own bath. The house was perfect and had a wonderful living room, kitchen and deck on the top floor which was a great hangout spot. The location was ideal for the two wedding venues during the weekend. Great stay!
