This single room was perfect and quiet, featuring a spacious closet with a washer and dryer. There were lots of linens and cookware available, and the host thoughtfully provided extra items like lotion, shampoo/conditioner and laundry detergent, among other little items. The host was also super communicative. Although the GPS led us to the wrong house initially (sorry to the neighbors!), the listing photos helped us find the right place. I'd definitely stay here again!

We visited our son who is a student at U of A for parent's weekend. Casita was close, but not too close to the hustle and bustle of the campus. Would absolutely look into staying here for our next visit to Tucson.

Great winter get away!

My husband and myself booked this place to play pickleball and hike in the Sabino Canyon. Very clean and quiet to enjoy some Arizona sun. We fell in love with Tucson.The pictures and write up was true and it really was a very lovely place stay. Everything was so close to get to food, activities, and entertainment. Highly recommend to anyone.

A perfect spot

This lovely studio is great for 1 person or a couple. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but near shopping. All amenities are provided, including washer/dryer. Olivia the property manager made check in easy and offered many local suggestions.

Centrally located, a studio but clean and well laid out; was nice to sit out in the patio. Only partial kitchen with hot plates and small frig, and microwave. The property manager was very response to anything we needed.

Urban Oasis

My "working vacation" lasted for over a month and it was a very nice experience. The room was very clean and modern, as advertised. The bed is very comfortable, the room is spacious, and the laundry very convenient. I enjoyed the private entrance that is easily accessible from parking. I would have stayed longer but the room was already booked!

Quiet and peaceful

This property is located in a quiet , friendly neighborhood , but also close enough to stores and restaurants. It had a very comfortable bed and work area. The main door opens up into a quiet secluded garden. I went there for a private retreat and could really concentrate on reading and meditation. It has a nice bathroom and little kitchenette stocked with enough cutlery and crockery. Everything was very clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful. I can recommend this property. Thank you .
