The pool is amazing, cabanas were lovely. If anyone is wondering about a lift for wheelchair users, they have one for the pool and one for the hot tub! Our studio was comfortable and we enjoyed the on-site restaurant (Creosote). Great location with beautiful views.

We were extremely disappointed they did not stock the room with coffee sugar etc. When we woke up in the morning there was only one coffee one sugar and one cream. We didn’t have time for them to bring us anymore so we split a cup. The next day I went to the front desk and told them we would like to have 2 coffees, four sugars and four cream creamers. Instead they brought us one coffee one sugar ZERO cream. It wouldn’t have been so bad if I hadn’t watched the gal at the front desk right down exactly what we needed.

It was a wonderful resort.....forgot I had a studio and bought 150 of food before we got there - that was fun and they had bowls, plates, microwave and a small refrigerator; we made it work. The pool and gym were great!

My initial room was unacceptable due to a strong musty, dirty carpet smell as soon as I opened the door. I immediately called to ask for another room which they were able to provide in a similar area of the property. I booked a balcony studio, and not sure if the first room actually had a balcony as I didn’t stay long in that room. The replacement room only had a window, perhaps that was a downgrade? The Studio room is similar to a standard hotel room with the addition of a toaster, microwave and large mini fridge which also had a small freezer - a welcome amenity. A 2 piece place serving of cutlery and dishes was also provided which was helpful for breakfast.On the positive side, the summer price was great, staff were excellent, the bed was comfortable with nice duvet and pillows. The 25 yard lap pool, recently remodeled gym, and the natural desert setting were nice. However, the negatives outweighed the positives: the new room still had a slight dirty carpet smell with dirt patterns in high traffic areas. My white socks were almost black on the bottom from being in the room without shoes. The toilet paper and Kleenex were low quality and rough. It was inconvenient to enter the pool and fitness center from the back instead of the main entrance and the floor of the fitness center was very dirty, the restrooms by the pool were very dated (being remodeled), and the pool decking was flaking in several areas. I would only return after more extensive remodeling has been done.

We really enjoyed our visit. Wonderful grounds and we loved seeing deer and javelins. One suggestion would be to have a few garbage and recycle cans nearby. Thanks

Tucson Wedding

We found this property while searching for a hotel within a reasonable distance from the wedding festivities. This was priced very reasonably and in a great location, convenient to everything wedding related. We found the check-in process very easy, the room clean and the services excellent. Even though the resort pool was out of service for maintenance, the shuttle to the JW Marriott was perfect, as we used this service frequently during our stay. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

Whatever was used to clean the room had an overpowering scent.Restaurant didn’t open till lunch. No breakfast options. Need better coffee options in the morning. The deadbolt did not work in our first room. However the response to look at it and give us a different room was very quick.
