The apartment «SARA conVida - Tecnopark Residence» is a new T2 and is located in the city of Lagoa, next to NONAGON and Hospital Internacional dos Açores.

It is located in the center of the island of São Miguel, which makes it very accessible to the various tourist attractions on the island. It is located 10 km from Ponta Delgada and 1 km from a walking area by the sea, with natural pools.

It is close to supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants to choose from and great bathing areas.

The property was gorgeous and clean. Very close to some volcanic pools and great restaurants. It was easy to get to other tourist locations by car. The property manager Sara was very informative, helpful and communicative. Overall a wonderful stay.

Excellent Place!

The apartment is spacious with lots of lights. Modern and comfortable. The host is extremely nice and accommodating. The bedrooms are big and the bathrooms are super clean. The location is perfect for those with a car as it is not too far from the airport. Overal, we had a really nice stay. Well recommended for others.

Amazing stay!

So convenient and very close to the highway and downtown Ponta Delgada. We stayed here for 2 weeks. Sara was the host and she was great! She stopped by several times during our stay to freshen up the apartment and was always attentive to our needs during our stay. We have a family of 4 and it was just the right size. My girls were very comfortable here and having A/C was a plus. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Home away from home

Sara was such an amazing host she was there to greet us when we arrived. Our flights came in early and she did her best to accommodate us. The home is so beautiful you will be extremely spoiled staying at her place. Not only is it clean Chic and very modern the perfect place to have a family over privacy and luxury. The views from the place are extremely breathtaking, Sara does an amazing job sharing local attractions. We look forward to coming back!

My family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, quiet apartment very much. The apartment was very clean and bright. It was accessible for all of us, including my mother in law who has difficulty with stairs. Sara was very accommodating when we needed to reschedule our trip and when we arrived early. The apartment is close to downtown Lagoa and Ponta Delgada. It is close to the highway to go in any direction. We would definitely recommend and rebook with Sara again!

Holiday in the Azores

We spent 14 days in the Azores in the wonderful accommodation "Nosa Senhora do Rosario". Thanks to Sara and all her efforts we had a fantastic time. There was nothing missing. The apartment is well equipped and the connections in all directions of the island are great. Sara's communication and arrangements made it really easy for us to arrive quickly and enjoy immediately. Luxurious apartment in Lagoa

Sara was an amazing host. From the moment we arrived and she showed us around the apartment and how things operated she was friendly and welcoming. She even left us a small cheese board and some other treats! Very gracious of her.She arranged a safety deposit box for us as well as some umbrellas for the beach. We were visiting Sao Miguel for our son's wedding and Sara offered more than once to help us in any way possible, from providing fresh towels, to storing our luggage after check out. She was amazing to deal with.The apartment is EXACTLY as shown in the photos. Spacious, clean, well decorated. Actually, it's nicer than my place! And location was fantastic, close to the highway and you can be in Ponta Delgada in less than 15 minutes but without the hustle and bustle.Thank you Sara, we will definitely be staying with you in the future.

First visit to Sao Miguel

We would highly recommend this property if you visit Sao Miguel for many reasons. Sara is a wonderful and caring host and she ensured our stay was perfect. We arrived at 7am on an overnight flight from Toronto, she arranged an early check in and met us in person with a welcome basket of local treats and cheeses. She kept in contact throughout our stay and on our final day we did our laundry and hoped the sun would dry the clothing prior to packing, but it was cloudy and Sara came to the rescue. Sara picked up our damp clothing, dried the clothing at her home and delivered it back to us folded and ready to pack! The property felt even more spacious than shown in the photos in the listing. We have high standards of cleanliness and it met and exceeded our standards. It had very modern decor and it included everything we needed for our stay. The walk to the water front is approximately 10 minutes and along the way you pass a main grocery store and many small local shops, restaurants and bars. The town of Lagoa is very safe and people are friendly. The property is less than a 10 minute drive to the main city (downtown), where you can park and enjoy many more great dining experiences. If we ever return to Sao Miguel or if we have friends or family travel there, we will recommend Sara and her lovely accommodation without hesitation. As many others have stated, we can't recommend this place enough. The apartment/condo was huge ! Comfortable and spacious for a family of 4 (or maybe more if you can get a blow up mattress in the living room area). The home was right in the middle of the island which made it closer to many different villages, points of interest etc. As well Lagoa has many amenities really close by, such as grocery story, pools, natural pools, little cafes... you name it!. The home was clean and Sara, the hostess, ensure we always had clean fresh towels and had it cleaned every Friday. Sara's response to any emails/messages was always prompt. Staying in the property for 24 days felt like it was our home (away from home). Sara also ensured we had a list of restaurants, places to visit, I mean there wasn't anything she did not miss or forget. I'm not sure what else to say except, when you visit Sao Miguel, this should be the place to stay at. I'm sure i'm missing alot more but again, great place and we surely will be passing along this properties' information to anyone who wishes to visit the island and needs a place to stay. We surely will be staying there if we come back. Thank you Sara for making sure our stay was comfortable, relaxing and worry free! Thank you for making this home, our home away from home.

Almost perfect

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, seems brand new! Easy parking, safe area, and very clean. Sara was sweet and welcoming, had great suggestions for restaurants and activities around the island. Our problem was that we specifically chose places that had a/c, as we are both hot sleepers. The unit DOES have an a/c unit, in the common space, that does not reach the bedrooms at all. There are no fans, and basically no airflow in the rooms. If you open the window at night, it is brightly illuminated from the streetlamps, smells like cows, and is incredibly noisy with roosters, dogs barking, cars, etc (which you cannot hear with the window and shade closed). We also found the beds to be very uncomfortable—we had three beds to choose from, and after the first night, my husband spent the next three on the couch because he couldn’t stand the mattress and needed the a/c. If you are not someone who is picky with temperature, or if it’s a colder season, you would probably not be bothered. The mattress issue may be a matter of preference, but without those issues, the apartment would have been perfect.

Moderne Wohnung für Familien zur Erkundung der Insel

Sara ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, die sich vor und während des Aufenthalts um ihre Gäste kümmert. Vorab haben wir eine sehr professionelle Zusammenstellung mit Empfehlungen zur Erkundung der Insel von ihr bekommen. Die Wohnung ist blitzeblank und sehr geräumig. Sie ist stilvoll und modern eingerichtet und die Ausstattung in Bad und Küche waren für uns sehr gut. Es gibt ausreichend Handtücher auch zum Baden. In den Schränken hat man wirklich viel Platz, seine Dinge zu verstauen. Wir fanden die Lage sehr praktisch, um die ganze Insel zu erkunden und weil man schnell in Ponta Delgado ist. Auch kann man direkt vor der Tür kostenlos parken.

Sao Miguel im Frühling

Die Gastgeberin Sara war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie kontaktierte uns direkt nach der Buchung und kurz vor der Reise. Von ihr bekamen wir hilfreiche Tipps und Ratschläge für die Anreise und den Urlaub. Sara informierte sich auch während unseres Aufenthalts über unser Wohlergehen. Das Apartment wurde uns sauber und ordentlich übergeben. Es liegt im vierten Stock und ist bequem über einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Es gibt eine große Wohnküche, wo auch ein größerer Balkon ist. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, wir sind damit ausgekommen. Außerdem gibt es ein Zimmer mit angrenzendem Bad mit Badewanne, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer und ein zweites Duschbad im Flur. Es lagen Handtücher bereit, auch für Ausflüge. Es gab Wasser, Saft,Tee, Kaffee, Öl, Gewürze, kleine Süßigkeiten, Küchen und Toilettenpapier... in der Wohnung, sodass wir auch ohne ersten Einkauf gut über die Runden kamen. Die Wohnung liegt fast unmittelbar an einer Schnellstraße, die nachts natürlich hörbar ist. Bei geschlossenem Fenster kann man jedoch gut schlafen. Lagoa ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir mussten nie länger als 45 Minuten fahren. Außerdem sind es nicht mal 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Flughafen, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Die Straße liegt etwas abseits zur Stadt von Lagoa, ein Supermarkt und die Tankstelle erreicht man aber in maximal fünf Minuten. Insgesamt empfehlen wir die Wohnung gerne weiter, Sara ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin.
