LE MEILLEUR EMPLACEMENT D'ARUBA, DES VUES INCROYABLES, UNE TERRASSE PRIVÉE AVEC JACUZZI, 3 PISCINES SUR VOTRE COUR, AUCUNE AUTRE UNITÉ DE 3 CHAMBRES NE PEUT COMPARER !!!!

Ce condo fait partie des rĂ©sidences Oceania; une copropriĂ©tĂ© de luxe en bord de mer situĂ©e Ă  quelques pas de la plus belle plage de sable blanc d'Aruba, Eagle Beach. Cette unitĂ© de 3 BR est assez unique car elle est situĂ©e au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, mais elle est surĂ©levĂ©e d'environ 12 pieds pour que vous puissiez voir la piscine et la plage depuis le salon et depuis son jardin privĂ©. Ce jardin dispose d'un jacuzzi privĂ© donnant sur la plage et d'une terrasse avec mobilier de jardin dont une table Ă  manger. Un grand barbecue complĂšte l'espace extĂ©rieur. L'espace social a un salon avec un canapĂ©-lit et une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et un lecteur DVD Blue Ray, avec une belle table Ă  manger pour 8 et une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, avec un bar et des tabourets. La chambre principale a un lit king size et un hamac et une autre tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat avec lecteur dvd blue ray, elle dispose Ă©galement d'une salle de bain privĂ©e avec baignoire et douche. La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit queen size, et aussi une salle de bain privĂ©e et la troisiĂšme chambre, 3 lits jumeaux. L'unitĂ© a Internet sans fil, mĂȘme Ă  l'extĂ©rieur, ainsi que la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble. Il a Ă©galement une machine Ă  glaçons, vous pouvez remplir la glaciĂšre de glace Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et vous allez Ă  la plage. Il a mĂȘme une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse.

Pour sûr le meilleur emplacement, aucune autre unité de 3 chambres ne peut comparer !!!!

Very clean, safe, relaxed and quiet. If you prefer a more calm vacation away from the crowds of palm beach, this is the place to go. Easy access to Eagle Beach with less people and a pool area that is peaceful. Facility is very well kept and the condos are perfect.

This condo is beautiful, modern, clean and in a great location! It is steps away from the pool and Eagle Beach. Mario provides amenities that made our stay very comfortable for our family of 5. The unit has a washer/dryer, Weber gas grill, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler for the beach and a beach cart which might be useful for young families. I would highly recommend staying in this unit and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Mario!

We've rented a lot of VRBOs and this one was probably the most well stocked with the "little stuff" of any we've rented - beach chairs, pool floats, cart and cooler, lots of cookware, utensils, and garbage bags, etc. The location is ideal if you don't want to deal with the high-rise casinos up the beach - can always get a pool chair or front row at the beach, and we were here over Xmas. Quiet and not overcrowded at the pool or across the street at Eagle beach. Being able to walk directly out of the unit to the pool area is a big bonus and parking for the unit is covered, assigned and 10 steps from the unit. Was a little worried at first because Mario was on the slower side responding before check-in and we didn't get our instructions until 24 hours before. A bit concerned because I was traveling alone with our youngest daughter for the first time to the Island with my husband and other two daughters to follow a day later. Once we were on site everything was answered immediately and attended to quickly with Mario showing me around. He also checked in on occasion to make sure we were happy with everything. He also provided some great recommendations / tips for us and our young adult daughters who were looking to go out at night on their own. The complex itself is very secure; my daughter left her wallet in the game room and the cleaning crew found it and came to our unit to inform us. We had an amazing time there. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay!

The location was great for pool and beach. The unit had plenty of beach chairs and towels. There were 2 coolers, a float and we left 2 pool noodles. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so that each couple had their own space. We rented a car to explore the island. ( recommend Jay’s Rental Cars). Excellent stay!

Fabulous Location/Great for Large Family

This location is really the best! Not too busy, but close to everything! Eagle Beach is breathtaking and one of the prettiest beaches in the world! Our family of 6 was so happy staying here and Mario was incredible to work with throughout our stay in Aruba!

Great stay

My family of 5 stayed at the condo and had a great experience. The unit is spotless and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property is very nice and security personnel at the gate were very friendly. Mario provided us with plenty of information and check-in/out was easy. I recommend renting this condo!

Great location and rental property!

I have stayes at Oceania multiple times before and this is the best unit by far. Clean, great amenities , hot tub, nice outdoor furniture and steps to the pool. Mario was great anytime we needed to contact him. We will definitely book again.

Perfect Stay

Amazing stay in Aruba! Perfect rental for our family of 5, including 3 teens. Even bigger than it seems in the photos. Three large pools that are never busy right across the street for the beach. Walkable to coffee shop and small market - large grocery close by. Very responsive and helpful host. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful condo in great location

We loved staying here. The condo is spacious, modern, clean and well decorated. Even the artwork was thoughtfully selected and presented. The entire complex was very well run, everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is amazing with Eagle Beach just steps from the front gate. Can’t wait to go back and do it all again!

Aruba vacation

This was our families first time to Aruba and this is the perfect location. Private backyard area with a hot tub, right next to the pool was great for our family. And then there is nothing but one small road between you and the beautiful beach. It is very quiet and peaceful, close to all of the great restaurants and activities. This place is a true gem. Great space and layout. All of our family was able to be together around the dining room table, but also have their space to relax. Mario is a fantastic host!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

This was our first time in Aruba and the stay at Oceania was perfect! The location really can't be beat. Because it's not a hotel, both the beach and the pools were not crowded at all but you are still on the beautiful Eagle Beach! The walk to the beach is super easy and there are several places within walking distance that have jet ski rentals, parasailing, tubing, etc.. We also enjoyed renting scooters and discovering more places along the path. We used the tennis and pickle ball courts on the property as well (we did bring our own rackets). The condo has everything you need for cooking at home and going to the beach. The entire place was extremely well maintained. We would absolutely stay here again if we plan another trip back!!

Perfect for family getaway!

We loved our stay! Clean, plenty of room to not feel crammed. The pools were beautiful and never packed like the resorts get. Super peaceful. They had beach towels and chairs available to use which was super handy! The beach was so close. Also enjoyed the hot tub at night. Definitely recommend for a group of friends or family vacation. It was everything I hoped for.

Lovely, just lovely!

We enjoyed a lovely five-night stay in the beautiful, well-equipped unit. Everything we needed was already provided -- from cookware, spices, towels, beach chairs, and more. It was all clean and comfortable, inside and out. We especially appreciated the first floor location, a few short steps away from pools but still elevated just enough to offer great views. The pools were well-maintained and comfortable, and we spent many hours in the water and lying poolside in the sun. The unit, the complex, the beach, and the whole neighborhood were peaceful and quiet. Just what we were looking for!

Great place

Great spot. Great place. There was nobody there to help us check in and we were a little surprised that towards the end of the trip we never heard from anyone in regards to checking out or thanking us for our stay. We had a couple issues in the beginning and they did respond right away.. but we were hoping for a little more communication. The place is accurate, clean, and the beds weee comfy!

Perfect Aruba Vacation

Absolutely wonderful property. Mario was extremely delightful to work with. The condo couldn’t have been more perfect. Location is second to none. Condo has all needed supplies to have a fabulous vacation. It was so nice to relax in the condo pools at the end of a long day exploring and even better to relax in our own hot tub while dinner was on the grill. My family would stay here again without question. Thanks for making our first trip to Aruba one of our families greatest vacations!
