The Master bedroom has a walk in closet along with Roku tv with YouTube TV included, sitting area and full bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with a spacious closet, storage and TV. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a hall bath. We provide mid-stay cleanings every two weeks. Washer/Dryer onsite. The layout is a nice floorplan for those looking for a roommate on opposite sides of the kitchen and main living space. For those working from home - we have you covered, our 2nd living area has a full size desk, TV and fast internet. All your kitchen essentials taken care of - toaster oven, microwave, new SS stainless steel range and Full sized refrigerator, Stackable washer/dryer located in the kitchen. Pets found on property will result in a $500 non-refundable pet fee; No smoking permitted on the premises.
