Cape Coral home

Property was very nice, 3 large bedrooms. Kitchen had everything you could want. Outdoor space was great, lanai covering pool, the tv outside was nice and bbq grill was a nice addition. I would definitely recommend and will stay again.

This home was perfect for our family. They have everything you need. Home was clean. Loved the outside pool area. Tv outside was great. Would stay again.

Beautiful home

This is the perfect home for families. I absolutely loved the layout of the house. The house is very clean. The grandsons used the pool multiple times in a day. The pool was clear and set at a perfect temperature. The host even provided pool towels. Kithen is beautiful and well stocked. We used the gas grill on the lani almost everyday. Bathroom towels were soft. I had a question for the host. He responded to me within minutes. He truly wanted to make our stay comfortable. There is plentiful shopping in the area. Don't want to cook, you'll find a variety of restaurants close by. It is an easy drive to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel island. I highly recommend this house, you won't be disappointed.

Property was as advertised. Pool was very nice. If you're used to the finer things in life, this property may not be for you. The property is older and located in a neighborhood I would not live in. The yard is completely fenced in, and that helped a lot. The sliding glass door to the pool area was difficult to manage - it needs to be replaced. The neighbors had dogs that barked too much. The 2 bikes in the garage were old and rusted. I used them once and that was all. They need to be replaced. The general area was terrific. Close to stores and many very nice restaurants.

Disappointed

Property seemed nice enough. Neighbors not so much, yelled obscenities when we arrived. House was clean but had a serious mildew/mold smell. That 360 degree TV in middle of the room is supposed to retract but was broken and in the down position is a major hazard so watch your head. The 12-14’ sliders to the lanai have NO window treatments so you have absolutely no privacy if neighbors want to creep. While sitting on lanai heard critters running through the eves several times. Lanai screen ripped in a few places was afraid these critters would enter lanai or home. Was scared to stay at property after that. Contacted host because we were not staying due to the smell and the critters. Luis did want to make it right but you can’t irradiate a smell or critters immediately. Was supposed to stay 9 days but Left after just 4 hours. Garage smelled like a cats litter box. Bicycles he leaves you to use are rusted, have flat tires and breaks don’t work. There was no welcome note or instructions for anything. Not even the location of the other waterfront property he advertises you have access to. Needless to say my stay was ruined and he refuses to refund me a dime! Hopefully he fixes these issues for the next guests.

Dear Diane, I would like to correct a couple of inaccuracies in your remarks and also leave a public response for future guests so they can compare this review with the many others that we have had You did receive our welcome letter Through the app, and via text. this welcome letter contains the master code for the main lock, the Wi-Fi ID and password the days of garbage collection by the city, emergency numbers for fire, police department and nearest hospitals, my wife’s and my personal phone numbers And a brief introduction of welcome The bicycles on the property are not rusted and I did test and the brakes in front of you and they were in fact working, yes, one of the tires was low on air, but we have a portable air compressor specially for that in the property, and I even offered to fill them up for you The 55 inch TV on the living room which is mounted on a special bracket that not only Swivels 180° To be view from the dining table, the kitchen and the sofa Also retract to the ceiling and yes, this last feature was damage and we were waiting for the parts to replace it And it did arrive the day after you left and it was replaced in 30 minutes. The sliding doors from the living room to the lanai, which are 10x16 Wall-to-wall glass doors do not have any shading or curtains because they lead to the lanai, which is fully enclosed by a dark, screen and furthermore by 6 1/2 foot fence that runs fully around the perimeter of the property And this offers a total privacy to the backyard, pool area and the lanai The lanai screen had only one panel damaged. The other 2 were merely lose on a corner which it took 15 minutes to completely replace the damaged panel, and to reattach the corner that was loose I was in the property with you I met you there to trying to appease your concerns and give you solution and in my time there I neither detected a foul smell inside the house, nor did I hear any critters walking on the ceiling, You must remember you had the satisfaction of insult me and cursed at me a couple times before you left the property and also threaten me with civil lawsuit. You also complain about the barbecue, the furniture, The hygiene of the property, the ambient lights on the lanai, And so many other things that I just can’t remember them all sorry. The property remained available to you from 01/8/24 to 01/17/24 Ma’am wish that neither me nor any of my fellow host have to experience a negative interaction such like the one I had with you

Tout est bien en général !!

Petit point à savoir c'est qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de serviettes de bain et dans la cuisine, il est difficile de cuisiner pour 5 personnes. Ça prendrait un peu plus de tout! Mais sinon, en général, tout est bien et agréable !!!
