30 Day minimum stay. Better than New 3 bedroom cottage in an established neighborhood near Red's Health club, Moncus Park, River Ranch, and a short walk to Sandra's Cafe & Health Store. You'll enjoy the convenience, love, & design put into this newer centrally located cottage.

This charming cottage home offers the following:

✓ Fresh linens, towels, toiletries, & essentials provided
✓ Exterior features a covered front porch & back patio & a fully fenced backyard with a small grill

Safe, established neighborhood in proximity to lots of shopping & restaurants. Open park in front of property.

Getting Around:
1 covered parking spot available and 1 open parking spot in front of patio available (park parallel to road). Please don't block neighbors. Public bus available along Johnston St.

Parking is tight so not ideal for large vehicles. No trailers or any other attachments for vehicles allowed.

This property was comfortable, cozy, and pristine! It was close to one of the main roads in Lafayette, yet on a quiet enough street to feel like getting away. The owners were incredibly communicative and kind. I will definitely be returning to stay here and recommending it to all of my visiting family and friends!

Wonderful Property and Host

I am new to the Lafayette area and arrived shortly after some of the worst storms the area had seen in years. The host was extremely accommodating during that time and even went so far as to offer another one of his properties to me to make sure I had internet access for work, and his communication was excellent. I would return to this property again and highly recommend this property and any others this host can provide. Thank you for all of your help!

House is amazing and stay was good overall but the neighbors started roof work (loud talking and banging) at the break of dawn and it woke my coworker and I up earlier than we wanted on our check out day.

Superb Home

The photos of the home were accurate. The layout was perfect for our family. We were 4 adults and a baby. The home was well appointed and was super comfortable. We needed the hot water heater adjusted and the property owner was on it and got it taken care of promptly. This was the perfect rental for our family and we will stay there in the future!! Terrific home in a great location!!

Great all around place!

This house is newer and very cute. spacious with a good layout and very nicely stocked. It feels like an actual home rather than a vacation rental. Great back yard as well! It's a quiet neighborhood yet very close to everything you need. The management was very easy to contact and extremely friendly. They even held onto an item I left behind until I came back into town. I have and will continue to recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lafayette.

Lovely Cottage

Cottage felt brand new. Definitely has a zen feeling about it. The furnishings are lovely and the house is well equipped. So many extras that made the house one of the best short term rentals we’ve stayed in. Matt was great to work with. Highly recommend!
