The Highwater Cabin! Right on the banks of the Little Buffalo River!

This luxurious new cabin sits right on the banks of the Little Buffalo River. You can sit on the deck and drink your morning coffee. At night we have a fire pit for you to enjoy. The interior is amazing, with five beautiful bedrooms, each bed is furnished with comfy memory foam mattresses and top of the line linens. There are three bathrooms, one is in suite for the downstairs master. Features tile and glass doors. One is upstairs and the other is in the downstairs hall. We have a beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops, the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to cook. We supply paper products, dish soap, and dishwasher pods.. The living room features a gas fireplace and amazing furnishings. You can step off the back porch to access the river or you can go down to what we call Little Buffalo Landing to a larger swim area. We also have an outdoor fire-pit. No pets allowed.

Great Stay

Stayed here for four nights to explore Horseshoe Canyon Ranch and the Buffalo River area. Nice location near Jasper and lots of fun to explore the river next to the cabin! Already looking forward to our next visit.

We love Highwater Cabin, the location can’t be beat. When we entered the cabin we were overwhelmed by a moldy odor throughout the entire cabin. Also got in late because we were not sent the gate code. Finally after calling 800 number and the guidance of a very helpful man we were able to get in . Not the best start to a fun weekend!

Fantastic in every way

We loved the cabin and the property. Can’t wait to book again for summer time so we can enjoy floating the river. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. You won’t regret booking this cabin.

Great stay in a relaxing space

Our group of 10 adults had a wonderful time at the cabin. Everything we needed was provided, including a gas grill with extra propane and a pellet smoker! We spent most of our days outdoors, but our evenings were spent at the cabin cooking large meals. It couldn't have worked out any better!

Yearly Float Trip

Our friend group floats the Buffalo River one weekend every year. This is our second time to stay in this cabin. We love it! It’s perfect for our group! We will be booking again!

Great property right on the Little Buffalo River

We had 6 adults in our group. Number of beds was great. Cool cabin, great deck, etc. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing to be aware of is that the living area is comfortable for about 6. The property sleeps 12 but not everyone could be at the same table or sitting in the living room at the same time.

We came to Arkansas because my husband and I eloped at Sam’s Throne. We booked this house for my family to stay at. It was PERFECT! The creek in the back yard for the kids to play plus the giant yard to allow them to run around for hours on end. Check in was incredibly easy and any time I needed to contact the host, she answered promptly! Every room was clean and ready for us when we got there. I would recommend this house to anyone going to Jasper, AR. And it’s only a few minutes up the road from the main town which is SO CUTE with the sweetest locals and the cutest shops. We had 7 adults and 5 children and it fit us so comfortably. 10/10 recommend and couldn’t be happier with our stay!

This place had everything we needed! We enjoyed the river, hiking, and having a great place for us to hang out with our kids. We were secluded, yet close enough to Jasper for quick trips. We will be coming back to stay here when we return to Jasper!

Pictures don’t do this place justice!!! It is a gorgeous hidden gem!!!! Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
