The house is very nice and was clean. We loved the layout of the home. We really enjoyed the backyard with the pool and BBQ area. Having a bathroom with direct access from the backyard was really convenient.

The house was beautiful, but you will want to spend all your time in the yard. The outdoor area has everything you could need, bathroom, countertop, plenty of chairs, and of course the pool. The house is well maintained, well decorated, and very comfortable for everyone. The check in process was super simple, and the host was responsive.The location is close to all the main stores and restaurants, and the neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely book this property again in the future. Great stay!

Very nice and spacious home

Really beautiful, remodeled home. It was very comfortable for 3 families with children ranging from 1-15. The pool and outdoor area is awesome and the kitchen was well stocked!

The house is very nice well-maintained who was a little bit dirty. Overall it was a wonderful property. Any suggestions would be to put knobs on the kitchen cabinets very hard open.

Awesome Host and Awesome Property!!

There are too many great things to say to include them all but here are a few: 1) Juan was very responsive and great to work with, 2) the house was very clean with nice furniture and comfortable beds, 3) the house was very up-to-date with modern appliances and TVs in every room, 4) location very close to shopping, 5) quiet neighborhood, 6) fantastic backyard with pool, cabana bar, covered patio and lots of great lights making the evenings outside very pleasant, 7) a truly relaxing vacation-type home! We were in Del Rio for the eclipse and this rental far exceeded out expectations. I think the best endorsement I can give is that even after the eclipse was over and we needed to head home for work we all really wished we could stay an extra few days just to relax and enjoy the great house and the town.

Beautiful house, great for entertaining and relaxing

We have stayed in VRBOs in many states and overseas, and this is one of the best we have experienced. The photos do not do Casa Recuerdos justice.The house itself was perfectly clean and modern with new appliances in the kitchen and laundry. The living areas and bedrooms are well appointed. The owner supplied ample towels, etc., and the bed linens were all new. The main bath has a zero-entry shower. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed, too.One of the best features was the beautifully landscaped back yard with a pool, covered seating/dining area, and outdoor dining/cooking area (a “quincho”). The pool and deck were cleaned each morning.We hosted an open house for our son, his friends, and friends’ families following their graduation from pilot training. The indoor and outdoor spaces worked perfectly for entertaining. Anyone considering attending a Laughlin AFB graduation should strongly consider staying here.Check-in and check-out were easy and the host’s communications were good. If we travel to Del Rio again, Casa Recuerdos will be our first choice!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the absolute pleasure of hosting Anthony and his wonderful family at our VRBO home, and we couldn’t have asked for better guests! They were in town to celebrate a truly special occasion—their son’s graduation from LAFB as a pilot, a remarkable achievement! Anthony and his family were warm, respectful, and a joy to communicate with from start to finish. They treated our home with the utmost care, leaving it spotless and in perfect condition. It was heartwarming to hear about their pride and excitement for their son’s milestone, and we felt honored to provide a comfortable space for such a memorable family moment. Overnight Stay

We were in town for a funeral and spent two nights at this great property. The pictures on line accurately depict this property. My family thoroughly enjoyed this property and would consider renting again. The only things that are keeping it from being rated a 10 are 1. The kitchen not well stocked with silverware, cookware, China, Glassware,and wine glasses My husband and I own restaurants and we love to cook and serve meals on real dishes and not plastic. There were no real service dishes available . This is a picky item, but the toilet tissue was one ply and if you want to step up your service there needs to be 2ply available Main bathroom has a huge open shower and the water splashes on floor even though there is a shower curtain. There is some water damage occurring to wall next to shower due to this Would I reserve again….yes but I would have to pack items if I wanted to entertain. We usually come for a reunion in September each year but usually stay in Bracketville but my family loved this spot and felt it would be perfect for the dinner we host each year. We usually have 13-14 adults over for dinner.
