We had a great vacation at this property. It is comfortable, has a great backyard, and a very short walking distance to everything at PB as advertised. Dave was a great host, very conveniently next door, and was very responsive with a minor drain issue. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing beach property

We had a wonderful stay in Pacific Beach! The house was very clean and comfortable and just one block from the beach. Dave, the property host, is very welcoming and helpful.

We loved it. Clean, modern, and fully supplied. They had all the beach stuff and a rokmy backyard for the kids. Dave responded to every need without intruding. Location was excellent with a short walk to beach. Could not have been better for ys.

Family Vacation

Perfect location, everything within walking distance. Very kid friendly, didn’t have to worry if my one year old was going to get into anything he shouldn’t or possibly break something. House is stocked with everything you could need to go hangout at the beach. Owner is very communicative and responds promptly. Would absolutely book here again.

Minutes from the beach.

This place is a true Pacific Beach gem. The house is perfect for a stay at the beach. The house has everything you need and more. Beach equipment to cooking at home but who wants to do that when so many restaurants are within walking distance. Check out the coffee shop on the corner. Such a sweet shop. The beds are so comfortable I had to see what kind of mattress they are. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The Best!

Wow! We loved this home! 5 min walk to beach & restaurants but quiet at night. Well stocked with everything you need - beach chairs, umbrella, balls, kids toys, boogie boards, and a wagon to get it all there. House is clean and well taken care of. We didn’t want to leave!

Wonderful Location

This is a great vacation rental for a family. The house is only a block from beautiful Pacific Beach, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. The house is comfortably furnished, and has all the supplies you'll need for the beach, including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys.... there's even a rolling cart so you don't have to carry everything! We had plenty of space to spread out in the house and the beds were very comfortable. It was a wonderful vacation!!

Beach house

This was place perfect for our family. The location is a block and a half from the beach. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach cart available for use. Spacious back yard with comfortable chairs lounges and outside dining with grill. The house is immaculately clean and tastefully and comfortably furnished. Plenty of dishes and kitchen tools and amenities available for use—nothing we needed was missing!. A great choice for our family! We loved staying here.

Graduation celebration

Travelled from New York to attend my daughter’s graduation from Scripps UCSD. We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely 3 bedroom house. Sharon, the property manager, was extremely helpful and attentive. The location is excellent, on a quiet street, one block from the beach and restaurants. The house and garden are fully equipped and beautifully decorated. Great landscaping. We highly recommend this newly listed property.

Fantastic Stay at Pacific Beach House

We have rented many properties over the years and this was, by far, the best! Everything from our communication with Dave, the property manager, to the cleanliness of the house to the perfect location. This house has it all! Anything you think you need… it is here! This house is fully stocked for cooking, fun at the beach and relaxing. The location was everything…being just a two minute walk from both the bay and the ocean. I can’t say enough!

Beautiful House Close to Beaches

Our party of 6 had had a wonderful five-night stay at this beautiful beach house. Hosts were very gracious and provided flowers, coffee, chocolates, sparkling cider, and fruit as welcome gifts. The house is within a couple of blocks of both Pacific Beach and Mission Beach and the house is well-equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The yard was large enough for us to play badminton and bocce ball. There are lots of restaurants and a supermarket within a few blocks. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Nos sentimos como en casa

La comunicación con el agente/propietario fue fluida desde el principio y fue muy atento enviando toda la información necesaria para nuestra llegada. La casa es muy acogedora y está muy bien ubicada, cerca de la playa y de cualquier tipo de servicio. La casa también está muy bien equipada, lo único que echamos de menos fue una cafetera molk y un rallador para rallar queso. Imprescindibles cuando eres de origen italiano 😅 Aparte de eso, estuvimos muy a gusto y volveríamos a reservar la casa sin dudas.
