La propriété se compose d'une maison de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain au rez-de-chaussée avec un grand patio privé avant avec un aménagement paysager tropical et un endroit calme sur un seul niveau, sans escalier, 7 couchages. Patio arriÚre avec barbecue en acier inoxydable, buanderie privée, jouets de plage, planches de bodyboard, chaises de plage, planche de surf, etc. Intérieur rénové avec comptoirs en granit, ßlot en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, salles de bains rénovées, canapé en cuir, planchers de bois franc brésilien, plafonds voûtés, TV satellite, Wifi gratuit, toutes les commodités la plupart des chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond, le salon a un mur A / C . C'est une trÚs courte promenade à Mission Bay pour regarder les feux d'artifice de Sea World ou nager, ou marcher jusqu'au cÎté de la plage pour regarder les gens sur la promenade ou faire un plongeon dans l'océan Pacifique. Pas d'animaux s'il vous plaßt. Le garage partagé convient à une petite, moyenne berline ou SUV ordinaire. N'hésitez pas à me poser des questions concernant la maison ... vous allez adorer l'emplacement. Je vous remercie.

Great property for a family stay.

We had a wonderful 9 day family vacation at this property and would stay again. Great location to the bay and beach. Has AC that came in clutch at night for sleep. Had everything you needed for a great comfortable stay.

Really nice beach house in a great location. Easy walk to plenty of restaurants, beach and bay. The house had beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, and paddle board that came in handy. Tyler was a great host that responded quickly. Might be coming back in December and would love to stay again.

Beach House Close to Bay

Loved the patio and outdoor sitting. Plenty of beach toys, umbrella, and beach chairs to use. The owner even ordered a new chair as one of the ones there was damaged prior to our arrival. We had all the kitchen appliances and utensils needed during our stay. Thank you for sharing your home!

Really sweet house right near the water!! Very short walk to the beach and bay (3-4 min) lots of fans to keep air moving. Lots of small things that were helpful - when we stayed there were coffee filters and paper plates in the cabinets. Plus plenty of towels!!!! And outdoor we used the beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and lots of sand toys! Plus there was an umbrella stroller in the garage. So nice. Our minivan would t fit in the garage but owner recommended a few places to park so we were able to park nearby with just a short walk back and forth to our car!

We love the south bay!

My family loved our stay. The a/c is a game changer! Location, location, location. From the pictures, I expected the house to be bigger, the size was perfect. The patio is good to relax on. There are a lot of flies but we hung some traps and washed the patio. The parking is tight. The beds are comfortable and the showers are hot.

Mission Bay Staycation

We had an enjoyable and relaxing time at Mission Bay. The property had a nice patio for visiting with one another. We stayed during the 4th of July so we were steps away from the nightly fireworks show at SeaWorld. Lots of extras to use i.e. beach chairs, sand toys, ice chests if needed. Tyler was a great help and was always very responsive along the way. Looking forward to visiting MB again soon!

Wonderful family vacation home! Great location!

My family of five stayed here for two weeks, and we loved it! The house had everything we needed for our extended stay. We cooked many meals in the kitchen which was well stocked. I was able to do laundry with the full-size washer and dryer on site. The house has a nice layout, and our kids loved the bunk beds. There were plenty of bath and beach towels and lots of great stuff for the beach 
 umbrella, chairs, toys, etc. The front patio is gorgeous and definitely makes you feel like you're on vacation. We would definitely come back here!

Great location

Super happy with the location of this rental. Close walking distance of the bay or ocean. Home owner was quick to respond when I had questions. There were lots of sand toys for my little boy to play with and a basket to carry them to the beach with. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and beach towels were all available for use. Couldn’t have asked for more. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was in a great location and generally as described. Easy checkin. The only issues we had was first, the description says there is a double bed a single bed and a bunk single bed in one of the bedrooms. We thought this meant there were 3 beds but it turns out there is only a double/single bunk bed so we were expecting another bed. That should probably be changed on the website to make it more clear. The second issue was the deposit amount of $3,000 cash felt excessive. They being said, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Patio flies were unmanageable, hundreds of flies every day, we purchased fly swatters, garbage disposal broke for four + days did dishes by hand this place could easily be rated A - but too many negatives.

Great Beach House

Great beach house with everything you need for a week of fun. My favorite aspect of this place is the patio
 it’s surrounded in greenery so it feels a lot more private than most of the patios in Mission. Table and chairs are also way comfortable
 we spent a LOT of time relaxing on the patio!
