Quaint Cape Cod attached home nestled atop a hill near Speedwell Forge Lake

Welcome to the Homestead on Weber Road! A quaint little attached Cape Cod nestled atop a hill near Speedwell Forge Lake is perfect for the family, a girlfriend trip, or a couples only weekend trip to beautiful Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Relax in a heated sunroom located at the back of the property overlooking a wooded backyard and large meadow beyond where you will frequently see deer, red fox, and a large variety of wild birds. Sunroom also contains a large, flat screen TV and wrap around sofa with a queen pull-out sofa bed. Cozy family room provides guests another flat screen TV and DVD. A well-equipped, recently renovated eat-in kitchen with a large kitchen table and island that makes everyone feel welcome. Master bedroom suite with a king bed is located off the kitchen on the first floor. Full bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom with all main floor doorways and bathroom being ADA compliant. Laundry Room is also on the first floor for ease of doing a quick load of wash. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One contains a queen bed and the other has a full daybed with a twin pull-out trundle which is perfect for the kids or teens. Another full bathroom is located between the two upstairs bedrooms. Parking for up to six vehicles in driveway. House has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV in the Family Room, Master Bedroom and Sunroom; Smart TVs are in the upstairs bedrooms. Towels and Bed Linens are provided.
Close to Hershey Park, Lititz (Best Small Town in US), Manheim Auto Auction, Outlet Shopping, Lancaster Central Market, Quilt Shops, Farmers Markets, Middle Creek Wildlife Refuge, Wolf Sanctuary, Museums, and much, much more.

Very realxing getaway. Everything was laid out nicely. We got some snow while up there and the hosts were excellent at keeping tbe driveway clean. Close enough to activities but far enough away to relax and enjoy rhe quiet.

Beautiful home! Out in the country which was exactly what we were looking for, we stayed for my son’s wedding and it was comfortable with LOTS of amenities. We got to see the chickens on the property and a cute orange kitty! We will definitely stay again if we are that area.

The hosts were truly more than accommodating. We were so appreciative of all the Amish goodies, as well as the thoughtful treats for our furry family members. The house was spacious and comfortably fit our family, with plenty of room to host relatives for the holidays. When an ice storm hit one night, the hosts were out bright and early salting the driveway so we could get out safely and on time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The township requirement of a manifest of people was a little intrusive. The owners are on site and will walk by several times a day to go about their upkeep/animal care. So it didnt feel very private. The heater was unbelievably loud in the family room area and it was hard to regulate the temperature. Place was clean, easy to find and suitable for a few nights.

The home was clean and well kept. Everything was in order -- anything we needed, it was there. The outdoor space allowed some exploring space and the driveway a good place to walk our two dogs. The sunroom had plenty of seating. The kitchen and dinning room had anything we needed. There were plenty of towels, and a super quantity of pillows. We had 3 vehicles and a small u-haul trailer and the parking space fit our needs. It was quiet in the area. We could not hear the host family in the space next door. We were really pleased with the location and the space. It was what we needed for our stay.

Really wonderful property. We were there for a sports tournament, so did not get to enjoy the outdoor space. But for what we needed, the place exceeded expectations. The beds were very comfortable, AC worked great, and the full kitchen was well appointed. Plus, there was plenty of room in the common areas.

Great place to stay for a family!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Lititz! It was the perfect spot for our family — spacious, clean, and incredibly well-stocked. The kids were thrilled to find toys to play with, which made our time there even more relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals, and the grill was a great bonus for easy dinners.We spent time exploring Hershey, Lititz, and Lancaster — the drive to Hershey was about 40 minutes and totally worth it. The area is peaceful and secluded, with beautiful views all around. It was the perfect blend of quiet retreat and convenient location. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property! The accommodations were exactly as pictured. Everything was neat, clean and very spacious. The grounds were picture perfect. The girls loved the see-saw and the tire swing. We very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The house is lovely. It was well stocked with any dishes , blankets and normal things you might need. Everything was very clean and well organized. The owners are very nice and quick to respond.This was the first time we have ever rented a place and it was absolute worth doing.

It was a beautiful location. The house was great for our needs. We had four adults and one child. We also had another two adults and one child visit for a few hours and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bathrooms and bedrooms were all large. And the kitchen was well supplied. Thanks!
