This spacious home has been newly renovated and catered to meet the needs of any large group. Featuring 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths, there is plenty of space for 16+ guests to enjoy. Each bedroom has quality memory foam mattresses. This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and just minutes from Historic Downtown Macon. Indulge in all that Macon has to offer including breweries, great food, entertainment, and historical sites. Peaceful, mountain-like views with a light and airy interior create a space that is relaxing and welcoming. Ping-pong table, tvs in most bedrooms, and multiple gathering places help to make your stay extra comfortable.

** Bugs are common in GA and you may see some during your trip. The house has a professional pest control bond and is serviced every two weeks.

Spacious home, perfect for our home base during the national tournament. Bill was available during the entire day when we needed updates about an Internet outage. The outdoor area was fine and we took full advantage of the ping pong table downstairs and the big dining table upstairs for dinners.

Bill was an incredible host. The house was clean, in a great location and big enough to host our 6 other couple friends. I would 100% recommend if you need to stay in Macon. The beds were super comfortable, modern updated bathrooms, there were TVs in every room, toiletries and towels ready to go and plenty of space to hang out. To top it all off, the host is incredibly nice, friendly and responsive! Overall, great experience!

Large Beautiful House

We booked this VRBO because of its many rooms and entertaining spaces and the location was close to our wedding venue. The owner answered every question we had. (Top-notch communication.) Home Base for Arts Festival

We had a great stay in Macon for a music and arts festival. The place was well suited for a large group of musicians and artists who performed at the festival. Great place and would highly recommend.

We were in town for the GHSA State Wrestling Tournament and was looking for a place we could relax and spread out compared to a hotel. Perfect place for our family to gather while we celebrated our daughter’s graduation from Mercer! The house was clean and we had all the space we needed to spread out and enjoy the weekend visiting. The ping ping table was a nice touch for the younger crowd. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped for all the cooking we did.

Great stay for groomsmen

We rented this property for my son and his groomsmen during his wedding weekend. The house is in a good location with lots of room for the guys to spread out. It was very clean and very nicely decorated. Justin was super responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We love to say Legacy Woods is, "more than just a house." This house has been so much more. For Justin and I, it was the beginning of a partnership which soon became family. (Their children call me Uncle Bill!) For our friends, it has been a joy to see a project come to life, as the house was transformed into a home.

Hopefully this house will be a place you will call home as you rest your head and heart with family and friends for the duration of your stay.

Candice spent dedicated hours carefully designing and decorating each room so that you can relax, rest and feel at home.

This house is one of the few in Macon and surrounding areas that can accommodate 16+ people comfortably with 6 bedrooms. In addition, it is just minutes from downtown Macon where you'll find local breweries, restaurants, shopping, and live events!
