Situated on the 2nd floor (no elevator), comes with high speed internet, smart tv(netflix), an open fully equipped kitchen and a cozy bedroom!

With so much to discover, we strive to ensure a memorable stay by being accessible from 08:00 to 01:00 on Airbnb messaging platform and from the contact numbers provided.

A peaceful home in an energetic neighborhood. Close to public transportation. The beautiful Bosphorus is a stone throw away and is truly breathtaking. The neighborhood is as modern Istanbul as you can find. It is safe, secure, clean and convenient for all guests.

- There may have some construction noise in the area at working times
- There's no elevator in the building and you need to climb 2 flight of stairs to reach the flat (28 steps)


Penalties for Violations
- Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
- Lost keys incur a surcharge of 40USD
- Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 100USD


Optional Offerings
- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
- A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
- Airport transfers are available at an additional cost

Guests will be able to use the whole property during their stay. Access includes Smart TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances.

There is bus transportation 1 minute from the property. A cab stand close by. Location wise, it's great for all types of attractions. From the airport, there are yellow cabs, shuttles and buses that get you into the city. We would gladly help coordinate transportation if necessary.
