The owner of the condo is very direct and quick to respond to questions both by phone and email. Condo is located in a pleasant area. The inside was also pleasant and comfortable.

Great location!

Nice property very close to the Northstar village. The shuttle picks you up a few steps away from the unit. Well stocked kitchen. The host is very nice, communicates well before and during the trip. Would recommend the place strongly.

Idle days and relaxation

Had a wonderful relaxing couple of days with my son and his GF. It’s her first time to northern CA so he wanted to show her Tahoe. John’s place was perfect - spacious, comfortable living space with all that we needed - a great landing spot in Tahoe. The only down side for them was the separate twin beds - too heavy to scoot together :). Would definitely stay here again!

Gold Bend Condo's

We selected Gold Bend Condos for our two-day snowboarding trip to Northstar, and it turned out to be a great choice. The condo was ideally located, just a short distance from the resort, making it convenient for our group of three. We found the unit to be comfortably heated, and the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer was a real bonus. Additionally, the shuttle service to the resort was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get to the slopes without any hassle.

The condo was similar to other Northstar condos we have stayed in. We love the access to the rec center and pools. It was quiet and had a nice upstairs living room. However, there is no bathroom upstairs, which is inconvenient. Overall, it could use a little refurbishing. That said, our host was very accommodating, and we enjoyed our stay a lot.
