Charming Studio w/ Fireplace & Kitchen — Steps to Sand

Charming and cozy ground-floor studio with fireplace and fully updated kitchen, bathroom with small stall shower, and queen-sized bed. Furnished with amenities. Ideal for short-term usage. Great beach access and walking along “The Strand” to downtown shopping and restaurants. Small shared courtyard with the upstairs (full-time) tenants. Sorry, street parking only. Since we are very close to the beach, in typical beach-town fashion, parking *can* be challenging. Please note that parking is not always available adjacent to the property. But this location will not disappoint being so close to the beach and only 4 properties away from the sand.

This vacation rental has a Manhattan Beach business license allowing for short-term stays. Mandatory TOT ("Transient Occupancy Tax") taxes of 14% apply and will be reflected in guest charges.

Absolutely no parties — we do not want to lose our rental privileges, and we wish to be respectful to the neighbors in our wonderful neighborhood. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.

Beach Getaway!

Wonderful location, 1 block from the strand, close to restaurants and bars! Lovely studio with everything you could ask for! Comfy bed, good TV, great Wi-Fi, great A/C and immaculate! Great place for a beach lover like me!!!

Great location

Cute studio with lots of amenities. Great location that is close to the beach. Downtown Manhattan Beach/the pier and restaurants are a quick walk down The Strand. Studio is below an apartment with a permanent resident. Lots of upstairs noise from the resident.

Awesome location!

This is a studio unit super close to the beach. Vicky the owner is extremely responsive and a great communicator. There are full time tenants above the unit and you definitely can hear them walking around, however, that is why it is so inexpensive for an awesome location in MB.

Even better in real life than in the photo's

The apartment was even tidier and cozier than in the photos. There was even soap, shampoo, and conditioner available in the shower. Also, a very nice neighborhood, close to the beach, with helpful neighbors upstairs (I had a bit of trouble checking in, and they were ready to help). All in all, my 10-day stay exceeded expectations, and I will definitely come back here.

Sweet spot near the beach

Stayed her for a week while visiting family in the area. Is very adequate for one or two people. Vicky the owner was very helpful to us. Kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Shower has great water pressure. This apartment is below another apartment... So you do hear upstairs neighbors moving about. Will rent again if needing a place in Manhattan Beach again.
