Located in an Ocean Front Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. You'll love this suite with a CITY VIEW. Featuring a king size bed, a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a balcony, and washer/dryer. Up to four people can be accommodated comfortably.

Please note a $135+tax daily resort fee (not included) is paid directly to the hotel and covers up to 2 adults and 2 children under 12. This fee includes all hotel amenities and Wi-Fi, and beach services, including chairs, and umbrellas.

All refunds are subject to a 3.9% processing fee as the credit card fees are nonrefundable since those charges are kept by the credit card processor.

Comfortable stay

It was a good experience, with almost all the amenities inside the unit except the gas range. Beach right behind our building, pool, cafeteria, etc. I will recommend this place to my friends.

Bad experience is not fair to express this experience all the extra payments have to scan very wise in order to find that information.No water to drink at all , no phone in the room, no housekeeping besides never mention who is this building belongs to … everything is an extra cost even the parking lot in a hotel building!! By the way they never change the sheets in 4 days !! All these things must be shown in the first line . With the total amount that I payed respectfully this is not a good place

Awesome customer service and hotel amenities

My wife and I experienced this property and really enjoyed the room spaciousness. The convenience of a washer N dryer was an added bonus. We took full advantage of the private beach access and complimentary coffee lounge on the 1st floor. All hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay at this property. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

More than I expected!

This unit was great for our family! It even had a toaster oven and silverware! There were plates, bowls, glasses, wine classes, etc. Also a microwave and mini fridge. We enjoyed the beach and the staff was eager to help find chairs and bring towels. The manager was easy to contact and quick to respond.

Ok stay

Our room was a private room at a hotel property of which had numerous issues with the unit. The first night we had no hot water to take a shower after a 27 hour travel day is not how I wanted to end the night. The dresser doors are broken as they fall if you try to open them. The phone was removed so we could not even order food, call the front desk, call valet, etc. We were hit with 135 daily fee even for the first day when we arrived end of day. You have to pay a fee to use the amenities of which we never got to use because we don’t travel to stay grid lock on a property. I would have chosen a different property. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Exactly as expected

We enjoyed staying on the property and enjoyed the resort and was a convenient location to restaurants and grocery store. Easy access to visit places in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale area. Be sure and get the express lane access pass when renting a car if you are driving much around Miami. Felt safe walking in the area and the pool and beach was devine! The food and drinks are expensive at the resort but it was convenient and the employees at the resort and hotel provided a positive experience. Loved having the beach chairs and valet included as part of the resort fee. Favorite restaurant was the pizza place across the street called Olivas! Went there two night out of our four night stay, try the Neopolitan! Would stay here again! Only con was the ice machine on our floor did not work. There was a coffee pot and mini frig so we bought coffee and bottled water at Publix for our stay. Al was was always responsive to any questions I had prior to and during our stay. Fun trip!

We had a very nice stay in this unit. Al was very quick to respond to all of my questions. The unit was very clean and the kids had such a fun time at the pool while we were here. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

Not a Beach view

Overall the resort was very nice and clean, It also had a lot to do but these pictures in the ad show a beach view which we did not get instead our view was of new construction. The Staff were very nice, parking was free and overall we did enjoy our stay minus the beach view. I do have plans to return.

Great Value Property

Great communication with Al who did his best to accommodate an early check in and late check out. Stayed for a few days after a cruise and the washer/dryer was brilliant for getting on top of laundry before we got home. Not a sea view but more to see on the City side anyway. Would book again.

Trump International Beach Resort

Very nice unit as advertised. Check in easy. Unit has fridge, microwave, toaster unit perfect for a beach stay. Kind of owner to discount the rate due to the $100 per day resort fee you pay at the front desk which included valet parking and beach service of chairs, towels, and umbrella. The owners unit is pristine. The resort is not. The pool area and beach bar is showing its age. Still a good value fir what you get.
