Great condo! Comfortable furniture, great view from the lanai, lots of storage for our stuff, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for the beach! Stay Aloha was great to work with and addressed the few issues we had quickly. I would definitely recommend this condo for a great stay in West Maui/Kahana!

My mom and I stayed at this property for our annual little getaway. The location was perfect and the property was great. We did have a few issues with the unit itself, however, the owner was VERY quick to help remedy the situation and was a pleasure to work with. I would stay here again.

Perfect spot for a relaxing September vacation

We had a great stay at Royal Kahana! The condo was exactly as described and was stocked with everything we needed for the week. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony and watching the waves, and we couldn't believe how many turtles we saw! We would absolutely stay here again our next time in Maui!

Cozy and family friendly

Great location. Pool was warm, clean and we swam every day. Water refill station was a huge help - we drank so much water. Fantastic views from the lanai, we watched whales and turtles every day.

Comfy condo, good view of the ocean, good supplies in kitchen. Kitchen needs cutting board and the shower handle for water temperature is stuck and needs work. Enjoyed our stay

Home in paradise

What a wonderful place to stay. We have been to Maui 4 times and this was by far our favourite condo we have rented. Pool is amazing and bbq is right at the pool side. Elevator access is great. Beach amenities in the condo (2 coolers, beach chairs and umbrella) was so great! Close to shopping and food. Loved our stay here

Great views; whales, sea turtles, water sports enthusiasts. Spacious living & bedroom areas, adequate deck.A few fixes are needed & housekeeping had not done an adequate job of ensuring things—such as draperies, dishwasher & safe—were in working order. What we did report upon check-in was remedied immediately (matching glassware)All-in-all a great stay!

One Minor Hiccup

Everything about our stay was enjoyable. Wi-Fi login was problematic. We were given the incorrect information. The book in the room quickly solved that minor problem. We would recommend this property very much and would definitely stay again.

This property is OK at best.

A few things to know about this unit: It has a nice view of the ocean but not of the sunset. The patio furniture is at least 15+ years old and one chair is broken. The utensils in the kitchen are cheap, knives are rusty with broken tips(couldn't cut a tomato). I do not think anyone has used or uses the kitchen while staying there. There is the bare minimum of plates, cups, etc..not well stocked, run dishwasher everyday. Most every VRBO I've stayed in has condiments/sandwich bags/foil, basic kitchen supply's and most have sunscreen/lotion etc left by previous guests. Not this unit, everything is stripped and thrown away after each guest. Check in is at 4:00pm, not a second sooner, even though cleaner was done at 2:00pm, we met her, we were not able to go in before 4:00pm. Any other VRBO are more than willing ot accomidate if available it seems. Pool and BBQ area is very nice, great sunsets from down there. Also, there is no beach access from the property, just an fyi.
