This 1,200-square foot home is a gorgeous ocean front property just minutes from back country and oceanside fishing. Tucked between Key West and Marathon, beaches and historic downtown are just a short journey away. Catch snapper off the back deck, paddle board across the flat, ride bikes across the keys, the adventures from the house are endless. Enjoy a rainfall shower in the spa like bathrooms at the end of a sun filled day and watch the sunrise from your bedroom window or back porch.
The space
Your own piece of the keys with this scenic house is situated on the Atlantic Ocean, just 25 minutes from both Key West and Marathon. Bahia Honda National Park with beautiful sand beaches is just 20 minutes away. Plenty of activities include the Turtle Hospital, Dolphin Research Center, Butterfly Museum, Hemingway House, Fort Zachary Smith, etc. A full day trip to the Dry Tortugas is also an option, be sure to reserve well in advanced with Yankee Freedom.

Bedroom 1: Ocean views with new memory foam king bed.
Bedroom 2: Full size bed, lots of toys for kids.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with memory foam topper, lots of bedroom space.

We do not offer the boat lift in the listing for liability reasons.
Cudjoe Marina has a $7.00 put in/take out fee, this will be your best option for boat usage at the house. They offer rates for docking as well.
There is also a put in/take out on Blimp Rd on Cudjoe Key.
