Une maison de deux chambres bien aménagée avec mezzanine au village de Loon. Au niveau de l'entrée, vous trouverez une salle de bain complète et une chambre avec un lit queen size. En bas se trouve la suite parentale avec lit queen, lit double, télévision et une salle de bain complète attenante. La laveuse et la sécheuse empilés sont situés dans cette salle de bain principale. Au-dessus du niveau d'entrée se trouve le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine à aire ouverte avec air conditionné, foyer au gaz et Internet sans fil. Le pont est également accessible à partir de ce niveau. Le niveau le plus élevé de la maison de ville offre le loft avec un lit double, un lit double et un canapé futon.

Votre séjour comprend une adhésion au club de natation, de tennis et de remise en forme Village avec deux piscines intérieures, deux piscines extérieures, quatre jacuzzis (un en plein air), un sauna, une salle d’entraînement et 12 courts de tennis. Vous trouverez à proximité de l’équitation, du VTT, des randonnées pédestres et une balade en gondole panoramique jusqu'au sommet du mont Loon.

La piscine et le club de remise en forme peuvent ne pas être disponibles pendant de courtes périodes en raison d’un entretien mécanique ou physique. L'admission peut être refusée pour non-respect des règles du club.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Accommodations were very clean and up-to-date we needed 82 beds, but they were only six in a futon leaving to people having to share. The second disappointment was the parking so close to Fix Run I found the heat difficult to work with especially in the front bedroom. This was sad because I really like the location so easy to get back-and-forth. I would recommend this to a friend that only had two cars

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed out stay. However, the A/C floor unit could not cool the unit at all. Fortunately the weather changed and we had wonderful cool weather. Additional ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room would help immensely in the summer. The electric socket in the upstairs bathroom needs to be replaced. Otherwise the unit was clean and well stocked with what we needed. The deck needs work but it certainly looks like outdoor maintenance on the condos was in process as they were newly painted and roofs were replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a great size with plenty of space for a family of 5. The multiple pools and hot tubs in the complex were great. Unfortunately, we had 2 days of heavy rain and the roof leaked onto my son's bed. However, Loon Reservation was quick to contact maintenance to move the bed for him. We visited Loon on the one good day we had and we really enjoyed that. There isn't much to do in Lincoln when it's rainy, but we did drive over to North Conway for some outlet shopping.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were satisfied w/the reservation service people and their service especially DOT who is very nice. However, when we made the reservation we were told that there would be 2 air conditioners one in master bedroom and one in living room and there was only one in the living room. Additionally, we specifically requested non smoking and the bedroom on the walk in floor reeked of smoke. I would not come back to this unit again

We're sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay as much as you had hoped. All of our homes are non-smoking, so we do apologize that the home smelled of smoke. We would have been happy to bring an ionizer, had we known. We can also find no record anywhere of this home having 2 air conditioners. There was one in the master bedroom that was moved to the living room, but everywhere we look, we only see mention of one. The documents that we sent to you along with your rental agreement also state that there is one air conditioner. We do hope to see you again in the future though.

We now have 2 new TV's and the cable works. at the time, there was a wiring issue which has been resolved.
