Enjoy close proximity to Loon Mountain and other great attractions, including Alpine Adventures, Hobo Hills Adventure Golf, Clark's Bears, Flume Gorge, Lost River Gorge & Boulder Caves, Franconia Notch State Park, Sugar Hill Meetinghouse, Bretton Woods, and Wildcat Mountain.

This home away from home offers three levels of living, offering a nice separation of space with a bedroom on the entry level, a primary suite with a private deck on the lower level, and a third bedroom in the loft area. The main area enjoys a welcoming living room with a gas fireplace and a smart TV with streaming and cable services, a well-appointed galley kitchen with laundry, and a south-facing deck to enjoy the sun and view of the ski slopes during the winter months. Additional perks include a gas grill, an updated heating system of Rinnai propane heaters, board games, and a washer/dryer.
