Les condos Market Square sont les condos les plus exclusifs du charmant village européen de Beaver Creek, qui propose une patinoire toute l'année, des boutiques exquises, une cuisine raffinée, des restaurants décontractés et des activités adaptées aux enfants.

Ce luxueux condominium est situé à seulement deux étages au-dessus du Centre Vilar pour les arts du spectacle avec une programmation de partout dans le monde.

Totalement pratique et accessible à tous, cette location de condo de luxe dispose d'un accès 100% skis aux pieds qui est assez facile pour les débutants. Sinon, l'école de ski et les pistes ne sont qu'à un escalier mécanique.

L'unité comprend des cheminées à gaz, des planchers en bois, une baignoire jacuzzi dans la salle de bain principale et un mobilier à la fois accueillant et luxueux. Profitez de la vue sur le village et la montagne depuis votre balcon au sol chauffant (* pendant les événements de neige), tout en sirotant votre café ou thé du matin et votre après-midi. Avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité, draps fins, peignoirs, pantoufles et articles de toilette de première classe, tous les conforts de la maison vous attendent.

Cette belle copropriété est entièrement mise à jour avec des télévisions à écran plat et des chargeurs USB facilement accessibles dans chacune des quatre chambres. La chambre principale a une belle cheminée et un lit king-size avec des draps luxueux. Notre condo peut accueillir huit personnes très confortablement. Un service de ménage quotidien comprenant le changement des serviettes et un nettoyage léger, et un nettoyage de mi-séjour comprenant le changement de la literie et un service de ménage plus approfondi est inclus.

Beautiful residence in the heart of Beaver Creek. Very easy access to the lifts, shops, and restaurants. Robin was a great host and promptly answered any questions we had. The residence was very clean and the daily maid service was awesome. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect above the ice skating rink. Penthouse is wonderful with 4 en suite bedrooms. Super clean and cozy. Lots of room for 3 adults and 4 teenagers to “chill” comfortably! Robin was so helpful prior to our arrival and was quick to assist during our stay! We all enjoyed it so very much. We’re considering coming back for spring break or at least enjoying Beavercreek once again during the summertime.

We had a wonderful stay in Beavercreek over the new year. The host was extremely helpful and communicative, which made everything easy from start to finish. Being able to look out over the ice rink, watch the fireworks, and walk right to skiing was absolutely ideal—we truly couldn’t have asked for a better location. The penthouse was nicely stocked and thoughtfully prepared, with great guest information and ski storage conveniently located right outside. There was plenty of space for two families to stay comfortably while still having privacy, and lots of seating for relaxing together. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

Great condo in the heart of Beaver Creek Village. It's right in the center of the village with an elevator right down to the center of the village. Ski-in/Ski-out access via the village ski trail or easy walk through the village up the escalators to Centennial lift. Very large and spacious condo with well appointed kitchen. Highly recommended.

Beaver Creek Spring Break

We have stayed in Beaver Creek many times, but this property far exceeded our expectations. Robin was very responsive to questions I had long before arrival and quickly responded to a question while we were there. The place was immaculate and the cleaning crew were efficient and did a thorough job. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, lovely linens, and a great living room area for a large group. On top of all that, the location was excellent and made it so easy to get to the slopes, shopping, and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to my friends. Thank you, Robin, for a wonderful stay!

Amazing place in BC Village!

Fantastic in every regard. The condo is spacious and beautiful! The kitchen was delightful with high quality appliances, cookware, cutlery, glassware,and dishes. All top notch. We appreciate the humidifiers in each room, cozy blankets, quality and plentiful linens. Spotless clean! Plus daily housekeeping. The LOCATION is the best, right in BC village so easy to walk kiddos to ski school, walk to restaurants and the market. Grocery delivery worked very well too. The hosts and the condo are outstanding! Seriously one of our favorite VRBO experiences. Look forward to a return visit!

My family has come to Beaver Creek many times and this is one of our favorite we’ve ever stayed at! The location cannot be beat - easy access to everything.
